The arena was a little out of the way for me as I don't normally go to Hamilton. I usually go to Toronto for concerts and other events (for context). Everything was well organized. Entering and finding my seat was fine. Lines were long which typical for concerts and large events.

I happened to be there to add a loonie to the meter since there was time remaining and paid parking ends at 6 p.m. Like all sporting venues during an event, hordes of fans, a beehive of activity from lineups for washrooms, alcohol, snacks or memorabilia, to just trying to find your seats. It's all good! Too bad lady luck didn't smile for the home team this evening. Attendance logged in at 8,841. Note to all: no outside drinks or food allowed upon entry.

The main rink has lots of chair-back seating and is more than enough for the crowds that minor hockey typically draws. The production of the game itself was pretty good, not unlike any junior or lower-level minor hockey game. The price of admission ($10) is more than fair for an evening of entertainment. There were concessions available outside in the large lobby area, but I didn't test anything out this time. Parking is plentiful and there are several entrances on all sides of the building. If you park at the wrong entrance for the program you're attending, you could be in for a long walk. All in all, a gem of a facility that Brantford should be proud of. If you're in need of something to do, a 99ers game is definitely worth your while.

I like how every seats has a good view of the field as the stadium is not huge. The seats are wide and comfy and has legroom! Much better configuration than Roger Centre. I could not comment on the quality of the food and drinks but I think it is premium pricing for fast food. And I would not be paying $9.50 for a tallboy of Canadian or Coors Light. Definitely recommend to get tickets from the West Stand. We were in the full sun for a whole football game till 8:00 pm in July since our tickets were in the East Stand. Bring suntan lotion and a hat!! Tim Horton's Field seems to be a nice venue and I would come back for other games!

They have public skates for a low fee ($0 to about $4), shinny for all different age groups, and lessons. You can register your spot online which is highly recommended if you're going to do one of the popular times for shinny. There was a good amount of parking even during the busier public skate at 8pm. I was surprised to see electric vehicle chargers there. The inside was clean and bright. The floors were all lined with skate friendly flooring. There were 4 change rooms and a bench outside the rink for you to put your skates on. The skate was well run. There was an area with pylons blocked off from the blue line for toddlers who were learning how to skate. The rest of the rink was for the public. There was music being played over speakers which made it a pleasant experience. There were also a few skate patrol personnel that were checking up on folks that had fallen and trying to control skaters that were going the wrong way or skating dangerously. The skate was listed as being from 7-8pm but we were asked to leave the ice 10 minutes before 8pm, probably to resurface the ice for the next group. Make sure to get there early so you get the max amount of skate time in!

There's a splash pad for the kiddies with lots of slides and a huge dumping water bucket. The pool is quite large separated with a shallow end for the younger kids and 4 tiny water dumping buckets. There also a shall end and a deep end. To keep the kids occupied they have 2 diving boards and a rock climbing wall where you can jump into the pool after climbing up to the top. The pool is clean and the change rooms are also clean. There are lots of lifeguards on duty and the kids can do swim tests. You can make reservations online on burlington swim website or pay in person. It's $3.15 for residents not sure what it cost for non-residents. For residents you can also book online a lot earlier. Right now with Covid restrictions there's only 2 hour swim time slots. Such a nice outdoor pool in Burlington!!

I had seats in the 300 level and honestly I don't even think that's a bad thing at all. The view from up there is actually really solid, you can see the whole court properly and the energy from the crowd feels even more spread out and intense. Service-wise, everything was pretty organized. It was busy, so lines and movement around the concourse can get a bit crowded at times, but nothing unexpected for a Raptors game night. Once you're settled in your seat though, it's smooth and you can just focus on the game. Overall, I'd 100% recommend going at least once if you're in Toronto. It's not just about basketball, it's the full experience: the crowd, the energy, the location, and just being part of that atmosphere. Even from the 300s, it still feels like a really good seat.
