I told her I was willing to pay full price for the massage only. Instead of respecting my choice, she walked away mumbling, shaking her head, and acting completely unprofessional. What happened next was even worse. She called the receptionist over, and both of them looked out from the room they were in, stared at me, and laughed. I have never seen a so‑called professional behave this way toward a patient. It was disrespectful, immature, and absolutely unacceptable. I will always listen to my body and refuse services I do not need just so someone can bill insurance or secure a paycheck. This behavior was appalling and showed a complete lack of professionalism and care. If I could give a zero‑star rating, I would.
