Your typical Wendy's. The service is great and the food is above quality. The place is mostly clean, except I witnessed a tray of food and condiments from a nearby table that a customer whom was there before I came in was left to be desired. The ambience is vibrant with cool colors and everything and has some nice sunflowers at the 90-degree booths with accompanying chairs to freshen the air inside. As relevant as food quality and service are, vibrance in these fast food places lend to a high-quality atmosphere more than anything. And if there hadn't been a mess left lying around, I would have given this one 5 stars in all. But everything else is an A+ about my experience. read more

Tina provides us with HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Not once did she look at us and make eye contact. She was rude and interrupted while we were ordering. When we asked for management, she ignored us once more and continued to look down. They even got our order wrong (spicy bbq sandwich with no bbq sauce and paid for a 6pc nugget and only got 4)! Ashley was on break in the dining room and noticed our frustration and apologized for her coworkers actions. She also offered to correct our order for us. So thank you Ashley. You were the sole reason we continued to dine in. Maybe you should reconsider her for management. You guys could learn a few things from her...ACCOUNTABILITY goes a long way!!!! read more

The food here is pretty good and a good value. In particular the chili and fries make a nice winter snack. They also have an awesome soda machine. However the service is terrible. They usually only have one register open and it takes forever to get your food. Only eat here if they aren't busy otherwise you will end up waiting for 15 minutes or more to get your order taken. read more
