The second time I came in the service was better but they overcharged my card. I could tell how tough it was by watching him try to cut it. I had a chicken wrap. I've never had a wrap that was grilled after filled so the lettuce was warm and wilted. The fries were good, though. A couple of other disappointments. My husband originally wanted the chili listed on the menu and they didn't have it and we wanted to watch a game in the Big 10 network and they didn't have that either.

Both our burgers were dry and tasteless, so we were glad for the toppings. We loved the fries and the order of Tater tot nachos. Both a solid 5 stars! The service is great, but the location is a bit hard to find. It is located in an old mall with no signage to tell you where to go. We ended up calling and they directed us in. Their well whiskey was well enough, at least once it was (very) well-watered. They had some beers, bottled and by draught. It appears that, at least sometimes, they may have had food; certainly they had the chafing-dishes to keep something warm. There was music. It was oddly bright inside, but incandescent, and not the cool, crisp neon of their marquis. And for a minute it was damn packed with people. All summed, I imagine O'Malley's to be a hopping little dive, even outside of the starry hustle and bustle of River Boat Days; and, while it won't explode your perceptions like those River Boat Days fireworks over the Missouri, it's not a bad little spot to drop by for a couple cheap ones (especially if Ben's is blowing up down the way). Just let the lovely neon be your personal, pulsating Sacagawea.
