The place was really dirty in my opinion. You could tell the tables were wiped off with the same rag over and over. The bathrooms were atrocious with a band aid lying on the floor and the mens bathroom looked like it hadn't been touched in days if not weeks. The staff didn't seem interested in it's customers and the manager was just not functional listening to him work with his employees. I fricken drove my behind there after 2 hours in the car and I got treated like . My food was nasty, wet, slimy, and they even forgot the baconator. They say, "Where's the beef" and they couldn't be more right. This place should be shut down because they have workers who look like Jelly Roll who screw up your whole night. Needs new management. If you order food be sure to ask for fresh cooked. The burgers we have gotten here are reheated for like an hour. Terrible. In fact last time we got a refund because our food was cold and stale. And this is with about seven employees standing around doing nothing. No ambiance. Dirty tables everywhere. read more

First of all I went through the drive through so I didn't have to get out. I had to ask for a receipt, because one was not provided, and I knew that if there was any issues I would need it. I was hoping there were no issues, but you never know. I haven't eaten at this restaurant for quite some time because they were rude the last time we were here. Food is poor here. Chicken sandwich with almost a trace of mayo and the lettuce on it is the part I generally throw away had a thick rib in it. I actually went back and ask them if I could have a piece of lettuce that didn't have a rib all the way through it and some more mayo. They told me that that was how they serve it. Bacon jr cheeseburgers have gotten so tiny! I have to say they did get the food out in a relatively quick manner which was surprising. But since I miss one of my sandwiches, I'm not sure if that really counts. I told them as I left the dining room that I had to walk into to try to get my food fixed that I hadn't been there for quite a while because of how we were treated before when we came. I was not mean and I was not rude but I told them that I probably wouldn't be back if that was the best they could do. I can make it home for less and it taste good. We buy a lot of Frosty s and most of the time the chocolate Machine is broke down ! You would think after About 40 times or more They would get it fixed ! I walked in to find an odd smell in the restaurant. We had ordered, but the people behind us had to wait a few minutes for no apparent reason. We had to find a table the wasn't dirty, but had to settle for one with only a few crumbs. The workers acted very unprofessional, even one asked another worker to smell his finger. Also, another lady opened the public door with gloves on, and then continued to serve food afterwards without changing gloves. The bathrooms might have actually been the highlight. It smelled volatile and there was an explosion stain of chewing tobacco on the toilet. Even the swarming flies wouldn't go near it. The food was okay, but otherwise this establishment needs to work on a lot to be considered a restaurant. read more
