Pretty average Wendys and the quality of my food was good. My fries came out hot, and I got a frosty that was filled up to the top. They also have one of those nice super custom soda, machines inside, so that was fantastic. The seating inside is pretty beat up, and the booth I sat and had the seat cushions torn. I used a coupon on the app and they were happy to take it, but it took a little extra time to get it figured out because the person who is working cash register was new. However, they took my order right away and didn't keep me waiting. So, definitely a plus given how fast food has gotten so automated as of late in all the wrong ways. I have no complaints. My husband and I stopped at this location on the way back home. One of the gentlemen that was working behind the counter, even greeted us when we came in. He was very friendly. The food was good and tasted fresh. The ambience is not bad. I'm glad we gave this place a chance even though the reviews were bad we had a good experience. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. We usually stop at a Wendy's to eat because we can custom order for our dietary issues. This will be the last time we stop here. They had no sodas or ice in the machine. The food was cold even though we had special orders that should have been prepared after ordering. I literally redownloaded the Yelp app just so I could share my thoughts on this Wendy's. I have worked in the restaurant industry. I also like to give people the benefit of the doubt but like...cmon....i have never in my entire life seen such incompetence. When i went to order I had to wait almost 10 minutes. I couldn't understand a single word the cashier said. The cashier didn't even know how to place my order. I then had to wait almost 40 minutes for my food during which 3 other people came in from the drive through because their orders were wrong and they had to remake those orders multiple times because the staff continued to get them wrong. Every employee was standing around doing nothing. It's a miracle no one yelled at them. The menu boards weren't working. They were out of half of the drinks and frosties. My orders was still wrong, undercooked, and cold. The floors and counters were sticky and the windows and divider panels were grimy. The only good thing about this Wendy's was that the bathrooms were clean and I finally got to leave after almost an hour there. Advice to management: either train or fire everyone because they all were acting lazy and incompetent. It's not hard to try to do SOMETHING while at work. Anyway, we ordered waited some more just to pay, got to the window paid. Were handed our drinks without straws and then told to wait at the door and they would bring our food out. Been to this location many times over the years. The employees are nice but ownership/management seem to be the problem.... Either they're not paying enough or not hiring enough as there's always an abundance of issues.... No paper towels in the bathroom, no soap in the bathroom, utensils and napkins run out in the condiment area, and the drink machines routinely go empty. The lunch line backs up a lot so be patient if going at that time. And the owner can't use the excuse that it's hard to hire because both fast food competitors directly beside them are fast with cleaner more efficient facilities. read more

Waited darn near 35 minutes for an order of 6 spicy nuggets. I will never return. So horrible. So much for FAST food. Not only this but a poor door dash driver wasn't even able to get into the building to pick up an order because the workers got so lazy and locked the doors! STOP AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Stopped by this Wendy's drive through on our way to the beach at 5pm. We ordered a chili cheese Baked Potato, Kids meal with chocolate milk and Baconator with Fries. Was told they had no potatoes and no chocolate milk. Had to find something else to eat other than a potato. We get up to window and we ask the cashier if we could order a 10 piece chicken tenders. She said we only serve 3 & 6 and that's its we can't sell you 10 pieces. She opens the window hands us the food without saying a word. Closes the window! We had no idea if she was done giving our order. She comes back to window and says do you need something. She didn't even give us our receipt so I could take a survey. Big Mistake!! My s/o and I made a stop otw to the beach. Drive-thru order incorrect,didn't receive a receipt. My bf ordered a coke but it clearly was Dr. Pepper from the taste and his food was warm at best but decided to just keep it. While I was standing there waiting for a new sandwich, I noticed a roach crawling on the back countertop...over empty nugget boxes. Make sure you check your check. I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger, which cost $7.09 on a combo I was charged $8.59. After I paid I realized I paid more than what the board said. When I asked Delisa the cashier she replied "because by default I punch in the double. If you want the single you have to specify is a single" to wish I replied "I asked for a Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger, not a double PBCB".
