During that date I found out that the chef graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (believe me, it showed). Later in life I saw this place back when it was a Food Truck parked in its current location and was pleased to learn that it was the same chef embarking on his new culinary adventure. One bite into his creation and I knew I found my new favorite spot. The menu listed the bottle at $35 but the bill showed $40. When I brought it to the attention to the waitress, she was aware of the price and stated she had previously told the manager about it but they had not yet made the price correction on the menu.
