I haven't got great food or service recently at this location and seeing it go down fast. Recently I got the cheap biggie bags and boy was it CHEAP. I wasn't able to eat anything with the lemonade tasting like the flavored syrup, and the nugs were crusty Little Rocks. But the worst was the burger patty. So dry and thin I could see through it... didn't even think it was good enough for my dog. So I recommend staying Far FAR away. Your welcome. read more

Repeatedly I have given the benefit of the doubt about this locations service and food. Stating a multitude of reasons why ever order I place at this location is wrong. I can not sit quiet about the bad service and food from this location any longer. We are always missing something, special orders are never made correctly, our drinks are never right or are missing all together. The fried food is usually cold or brown, not golden but brown and dried out as it has obviously been sitting too long. For two years I have sat in silence and only returned to the store if my children are missing food. I can not stay silent anymore and will no longer be returning!!!! Buyer beware! read more

If I could give this location no stars I would. The food was normal Wendy's food but the restaurant was filthy and the staff that was working was absolutely horrible. I'll start off by saying that it was myself, my husband, and my 2 year old son. We were traveling from Virginia back to Michigan which is a 14 hour drive. We wanted to get out, stretch our legs, change our son and put on his pjs. We took the first exit we saw which took us to a cute little town. Unfortunately nothing was open other than the Wendy's so we stopped. We walked inside and there was straws all over the floor and the carpet was very sticky. The tables were all dirty. Order our food which came out fast but gosh the staff was just awful. The girl that took our order definitely didn't want to be there. And the people in the back were very loud and obnoxious. At one point a guy was telling a coworker a story so loud that we heard every word that came out of his mouth. Which every other word was "f this and f that". Don't get me wrong I'm no Karen but it just wasn't a kid friendly environment. The bathrooms had no changing table in them in either the women's or the men's so we had to change our son in the car. The lead/manager taking orders said she would only take 1 order at a time, that after placing the first order we would need to go around the building and get back in line to do the 2nd order! Store was closed at 1pm. Strange to close a popular fast food chain during lunch. What other reason would there be for someone to sit at the drive thru speaker for more than 5 minutes with no answer to car horns beeping or customer asking the speaker if anyone was there with no response. Had to be closed for business. Should have put a sign letting people know that. read more

This place is so disgusting. I went there an hour before closing and was told there would be a 5-15 minute wait for the food because it would be made to order. This wasn't a problem at all, and I was happy about it. When I got to the window, I was given my two burgers and one fry, and was told to pull up as there was a wait on the nuggets. I pulled up, and took out the burgers to check them out, as the bag was cold. Both burgers, each $5+, were ice cold, and they looked wet, like...spit? I don't know. The fries were equally cold and soggy. I was confused as I was told it would be made to order. A few minutes later an employee told me to pull further forward, and I let her know the fries were cold, and she said "okay we'll make them new," rudely and headed back in. Then, another employee proceeded to come outside and smoke and talk on the phone directly outside my car. When the nuggets and fries were brought out they were warm and fresh, and the employee who brought us our food seemed apologetic, which was kind. Unfortunately, this didn't help the problem of the cold food that costed over $10 by itself. I left and kept the food and receipt to show the daytime management the next day. When I got there, the staff was equally rude. They were yelling and the manager was extremely unprofessional and looked unkept and didn't have a hat on. I was being as nice as possible, and simply wanted a refund, I showed them the food wasn't eaten as proof I wasn't trying to rip them off. Thankfully, I did get my money back, but the manager made me feel I was at fault for getting cold food at a restaurant that is known for fresh burgers and fries. I ordered two BBQ Cheeseburgers to try since we have never had them before. The only thing that they did was squirt some BBQ sauce on them. Not a single crispy onion as they are described and pictured. I drove 20 minutes home before I opened the burgers, so I couldn't take them back without another 40 minute's drive. Considering I spent a total of $31.52 for 4 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 frosties, this was an expensive lesson learned. I won't be going back. read more

Normally this Wendy's is pretty decent. But tonight I went through the drive through to grab a late dinner after church and the food was mediocre at best. Chicken was over cooked, fries were cold, and I practically had to drink my frosty. I've always had good food out of this location... ...but I recently had to dine in and it was an experience. Despite the dining room being non-smoking...the entire place smelled like smoke from their other patrons. Two smelled like they rolled around in a Camel ashtray...then there were some Marlboros and of course for the older patrons Parliaments. Outside of the chance of some pretty rancid diners, this ain't bad when in the context of reviewing a Wendy's. read more

The place is clean and the prices are what you would expect at a fast food establishment. I have visited this Wendy's twice in the last week and found their service needing improvement. (-1 star) The most recent time, there was no person at the counter. I waited about five or more minutes before some came up front to take my order.
