Rudest worker i've ever encountered in my life. beyond disappointed. Fries were soggy as well

Food is good but the people that work there are a bit questionable, after placing an order for two salads and their new chicken wrap so I can eat throughout the day they asked if i wanted a cookie, I told them no im on a diet. I pull uo to the window and clear as day I hear the guy laugh and say "that nigga is not on no diet", I literally ordered salads and a wrap. August 22, 2023. Around 12pm. Bad customer service. Staff do not talk to clients kindly. They seem cold to us and to others. Then something happens that is awkward, a male staff decided to changed the menu sign on top of the food counter where the juice and paper bags for the food were. So what's so disgusting about this? He stood on the top of the food counter twice with his black sneakers shoes on! WITH HIS SHOES ON ... on top of the counter where our food was made. Again, with his shoes on! We were staring at him and the rest of the crew... and it seems to be that is normal to this WENDY's. While we are in there, unsatisfied customers complained how bad the customer service was and the food was considered the worst food in the area. An old couple even said, the diner food is better that this burger. He opened his burger and stare at it. Ouch! We are not the only unhappy customer. Department of Health must be informed. This is probably the most difficult Wendy's I've ever been to. I usually order through their app so generally the order should be put through their system and be at least partially prepared by the time I arrive. Without fail, the numerous times I've ordered through the mobile app it is never prepared, or even acknowledged. You still have to either wait in line or wait at the drive thru and repeat the order to the workers before they can pull up the order, which takes even more time than just ordering right then and there. Very annoying. I think that since this is a pretty busy branch they need more workers to keep up with the orders. I can't say that the quality or taste of this Wendy's location is lacking though, which is also why I keep coming back. Oh and the spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorite fast food sandwiches! read more

Really a total bad experience. First the guy at the counter was really looking washed out with is hair all sloppy and not properly wearing his mask... whole nose uncovered. He forgot our forks, so we had to go back up there and I ordered lemonade and he told me go to the machine which was out of lemonade, and he didn't care. And the floors were really sticky. He also didn't give me napkins, so I had to go up there again cause there's none out...plus he didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't even get his name or my total. Best fast food breakfast! Good coffee (a must!). Love the honey butter chicken biscuit!

For a Wendy's this place is pretty bad. Over several visits: Tables, floors, and chairs are always sitcky or dirty. Once there was gnats in the green tea I was drinking but I was already too far and in a rush to turn around and rectify the problem. Going inside gives horribly slow service and the line gets backed up easily, even if there's only one person in front of me. I do have to say drive thru is pretty quick because it seems streamlined and must be prioritized for them, but that's about the only positive. Most of the time the food has a pretty high stale percentage and never hot, and never fresh, just mediocre. Seems like they need new management and to be whipped back into shape. The remodel could help too. Every time I think about this Wendy's there's 97% chance I will go somewhere else. read more

Most preferred fast food love the taste of their fries and how it's not greasy or to salty. The food has great flavor to it and always fresh and the chili and frosty they have are delicious. The baconator is one of my favorite items on the menu and I always end up getting it just like the picture. So the guy I spoke to at the drive thru was super nice. Then I drive up and the woman is so rude, doesn't even smile or say hi back to me! She hands me my change without a word and drops half of it and doesn't say anything. I had to open my car door in that tight space to pick up my quarter, I left the pennies. Still didn't even say sorry or acknowledge what happened at all just stared at me! If you are working in customer service you do not treat people this way. The food is okay. The organic lemonade is very tasty. Regrettably, the service is lackluster: I ordered a plain grilled chicken patty and received a chicken patty loaded with sauce. I returned and shortly thereafter received what I originally ordered. Finally, I ordered the lemonade without ice and the drink was served with ice. read more
