We recently went to this Wendy's and they charged us twice for the same order and refused to refund it. They are stealing money from people and it is not okay. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and the attitudes of the employees. After we complained about the false charge, they proceeded to give us the soggiest fries I have ever had in my entire life. They were so bad that we threw most of them away. we basically wasted money on both orders. Also note, we've been here plenty of times and we've ALWAYS had a pull forward and wait for food in the drive thru, we've never once had it ready to go here. The people here are very negative and they only care about to cash, not the customers. Once again, I am very much disappointed and we will never be going to this location again. read more

Stopped in to get the breakfast combo for Veterans Day. Cashier came in from outside smelling at least like smoke, maybe like pot. You'll see why I suggest that. She said she would give me a combo meal and double checked with the manager. Got my food and sat down began eating my sausage croissant and saw it didn't have egg. I assumed that was purposely done to limit the cost. After a minute the cashier came out and gave me another sandwich and said this one actually had egg on it, like it was supposed to. I folded my other sandwich in its wrapper and opened the other. Low and behold, no egg. I brought it up this time and she was embarrassed but gave me an egg. The sandwich's were both cold and left me with an upset stomach. Later on the big mouth manager or prep person could be heard reading the directive about the vets meal. I've been to this place a couple of times and it wasn't to bad, until yesterday on 9.26.24, I went through the drive thru and got 2 number 3 spicy meals 1 large and 1 medium, the total was $21.02 as I approached the window the girl at the window already had an attitude, i handed my phone to pay for my order with tap pay and when i received my phone back i got a notification from my bank saying i been charged $21.59 so then she asked for my phone again and told me the transaction didn't go through because she didn't get a receipt and I told her it did and showed her my phone, she told me she wasn't gonna give me my food until I pay for the order so i gave her my phone again and i got another notification that I've been charged $21.02 i told her that I've been charged twice for 2 separate orders when I only had 1 order, I asked her how do I get my money back she told me it should just get refund later, I waited until later and still haven't received my money I contacted my bank and they told me I could make a dispute that would take about a month to get my money back or go back to the Wendy's and get a refund, so I tried that the next day when there was a manager and the girl that did my order was there and they both told be they are not gonna refund it I have to go through my bank. so now I'm out of $21.59. i will never be coming back to this place because of that, and the rude customer service read more

I am absolutely outraged by the service I was given last night. I walk in with 3 friends roughly around 8:40pm to be flipped off with both hands by a lady of color in the back of the kitchen. My friend who has impaired vision was also being harassed by that same worker. I could also hear her ranting about the difference of our skin color and could make out the phrase, "of course we got whites in here, all the colors now", along with other obscenities. I made a special request for my burger to have no cheese (I'm lactose intolerant) and extra pickles. I was disgusted to find my burger having an extra amount of cheese and had to spend multiple minutes trying to scrape it off, atleast they added the pickles though! To add to this, all of our fries tasted unsalted and stale and made some of us sick to our stomachs. Do not come here if you are of white descent and want to be harassed!! read more

According to my local tour guide, this location is somewhat new to this plaza. It is located across from the Meijer parking lot. It has a standard amount of parking and seating and it's not full. The utensils and ketchup are located directly across from the cash register. They are not very busy, even on the weekend. The food came out quickly. There were no problems with the food and no issues with communicating with the cashier. The only difference seems to be that the chili is thinner than that of Southern California locations and has less stuff inside. Maybe the recipe is different. They have a pennant on the wall that says "Students Free Fries on Friday's at Wendy's". read more

If I could give no stars here I would. Went through the drive thru and the lady didn't even let me finish my order. I tried to let her know that I wasn't done ordering but was only met with silence. After I had to order the rest of my food at the window, the order was wrong! I asked for a plain burger and specifically said "No cheese". Instead, I got a burger with double cheese and a wrong sized drink. The fries were old and bland. The workers were saltier than the fries. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was standard Wendy's quality. The only drawback was that it was hard to find a clean table in the dining room. We were there for about an hour and not once did someone come out to clean a table off or sweep the floor. They were not busy so this should not have been an issue. read more

This is a much improved wendys from a couple years ago. It is clean and staff was friendly I've ate there a few times lately and very happy with the experience exept for the drinks they have to refill your drink and if its a manager figure on a full full!!!! Cup of ice and a little soda... wendys needs to get with the times and let people get and fill their own drinks. Other than that a pretty good fast food restaurant. They never fail to screw up an order! Most recently I ordered a Son of a Baconator Meal, 4 Plain Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, 4 Plain Cheeseburgers, 2 large fries, and 2 orders of nuggets without sauce. They didn't give me my nuggets and all of the chicken sandwiches had Mayonnaise on them. Of course, they don't answer when you call & their voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. read more

Both burgers were made with 2 top buns, one was undercooked and the other had plastic from a straw wrapper in the middle of it. Bathroom was too nasty to even pee in. Service was terrible and the fries were old. I will never go here again. Do yourself a favor and waste $20 somewhere else. read more
