Around 10:50 pm, Saturday December 6th. A simple request of ice cream became disrespectful. The person in the drive through said, "I cannot understand you. If you are playing games with me I will turn off my headset." I witnessed this disrespect come from the drive through and got out of my car to say it was unnecessary to the lady through the intercom. The person making the request said any vanilla ice cream with the same accent and tone. The drive through person responded appropriately. So this tells me, it wasn't the accent that was the issue. Not only did I find this disrespectful but even down right racist. Yes, an accent maybe there but in a city where there are a lot of Hispanics and Asians, we could be a little more considerate of this. I was talked down from making it a big deal. So, I'm just going to leave a review as this Wendy's that I have went to for decades may not be friendly to Asians or Hispanics or even to those with a little bit of an accent. read more

Disappointing Experience at Wendy's I'd give no stars of this app let me. Keep driving don't go to here!! I recently visited the Wendy's location right off 75 and Jonesboro Rd and was left with a bad taste in my mouth - and not just from the food. The young man working the counter was shockingly rude when I didn't place my payment in his gloved hand. He refused to take my money until I picked it up and put it in his hand, even though he had just been handling food. I found this to be not only rude but also unsanitary. To make matters worse, his coworker, a young woman, was laughing and doing nothing to address the situation. The food, unfortunately, was also subpar. I expect more from a fast-food establishment like Wendy's. Poor customer service and questionable hygiene practices are a recipe for disaster. I came to get me a burger and use the restroom! Once I walked in I noticed that the store smelled and the tables and drink area was a nasty mess. There were fruit flies hanging around and the floor was sticky. I knew then I wasn't about to order nothing from here. I continued on to the bathroom and it too was a nasty mess!! I opened one of the stalls door and the toilet was disgusting I immediately took pictures! My wife wanted something quick and cheap and decided to order from Wendy's. This was one near our home so we ordered from the app and proceeded to the restaurant. When I walked into the store, a young lady greeted me. I told her I had a mobile order, told her my name or initials and she proceeded to tell me they didn't have a mobile order. I stood there for a minute while the young lady walked away. I finally walked out of the store to let my order show up. I walked back in and spoke with the manager who directed the young lady on how to properly pull up mobile orders. I received my order, this was Monday, August 1,2022. Monday night, I became really nauseated to where I vomited the Wendy's I ate. To say the least, this was my life from Monday to Wednesday. Today is Thursday and I'm just getting back to some type of normalcy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDYS TO ANYONE. DON'T GO HERE!!!! 08/21/22 - I just found out there is an E. For as long as I have been coming here, the staff has always been friendly, though it ends there. Orders here are not always inconsistent. I only come here for the grilled chicken go wraps and usually go through the drive thru window. If three are ordered, I'll receive two. Today I ordered two grilled chicken go wraps and a water and received one grilled go wrap, minus the second wrap and no water. I'm only charged for what they give me, however, I never get what is order. The food itself is always made correctly, without sauce and I make sure to repeat my order after it is placed to ensure that I was heard. I think it is time for a new drive thru window receiver at this location. If you come here, I recommend to place all orders inside. The drive thru is such a drag. They have no idea how to run it and it's absolutely pathetic. Lines are always long and the service is pretty much always subpar. My order was wrong twice in one night. We entered the location and it was 9ppl in line. One cashier, one drive thru cashier, 4 food preps, 3 other ppl just hanging around and one manager. Had to kick the bottom of the door before someone came out and just waved there hand across there throat several times and went away.
