I absolutely love coming through to Wendy's because the food is actually cooked fresh to order.. of course there's lunch rushes and dinner rushes when it's super busy, but the service has never failed me. If you have something specific in your mind, let the employees know, they will help get you your specifications. I'm always treated with respect and actual smiles. If you have a problem with true fast food service, then that's on you. If you ask for extra sauce, they'll give it to you, if you expect ketchup in your bag with out requesting it, then that's literally on you. Three times in the last month my family has tried to order food inside at Wendy's on Reserve St, Missoula and have been unsuccessful. No acknowledgement from the staff with the exception of the cook. No communication just down cast eyes. Why open lobby if drive through is priority. read more

This was once a decent wendys but now it has new help and managers, and they are ageist, bigoted and cannot communicate or fill an order in a decent amount of time. I have been overcharged, the parking lo smells like marijuana and is filthy and the bathrooms even worse. they actually told customers they are wrong and to leave. Also they have stopped the line so they could catch up on orders. seriously! They said backed up was 7 people online. The managers also are not at all articulate There should be a lesson so they can understand the app and customers should not be turned away because the app does not work! read more

THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN THIS LOCATION. I used to work at this Wendy's. It's always been bad. But that was THE worst service I have ever received at this establishment. The person who took our payment and order was brusque, unfriendly, and bored out of her mind. The girl at the window, Maggie, blankly handed us our drinks and a bag with one item in it, when we had ordered multiple combos. She told us that was it when we waited, and when we disagreed, she argued with us. We stood firm and asked for the rest of our food, discovered she had given it to the person before us, and then had to ask for someone to remake our meals. It was not offered. We were told everything was in the bag, including the sauces we requested. They still forgot our sauces and straws. I went back in from the parking lot to get sauces, straws, and napkins, and the woman at the front counter was lovely, but the manager looked stoned out of his mind and wandered back slowly to grab my sauces. In the middle of a drive thru rush! As a former employee, I am thoroughly disappointed in this location, and embarrassed to call this my old workplace. read more

Ordered online with doordash. Gal had to wait 45 minutes before they found the order. It was missing 2 burgers and was cold. My daughter went to wendy's and the manager said nothing they could do, except finish the order. She was very rude! Went through Wendys after a long day, the line was wrapped around the building full of cars in the drive through - it was nuts. Maddy on the night shift tonight held it down like a pro. She was so friendly & amazing even after a small mixup. I really appreciate her hustle, her patience and her genuine care for the accuracy of my order. Certainly five star service. Good food when order is correct. The wait in drive thru is outrageous! 50min wait. See cars lined around bldg. Then see person who takes order at 1st window. After taking order at 1st window they walk to front of bldg near lobby where cooks are and where u pick food up. This person then stands there and talks to employees cooking and bagging food. Then after that order is finished and handed out window, this person then walks back to 1st window to take next order. 50 min wait all because they make a choice to make ppl wait. That's unacceptable. Heck would have been ok if legit reason understanding the times we live in! Or if person who takes orders is only going to take one at a time. They have plenty of time to walk out to all the ppl waiting in cars to tell them it's going to be about an 1hr wait. Would have left at that point! Good food and very friendly! That is all ruined with the wait time! Also if u just go inside and order that seemed to be way faster. Yes bypassing the purposeful delay/bottle neck in drive thru will save u 40min of ur day/night! Also there are a couple of employees or friends of these ppl leaving fake comments trying to cover for all the bad reviews. This has been happening for some time now. Extra long wait times in drive thru and has progressively got worse. Trying to make sure that this issue cannot be placed on others, constructive criticism. As I see reviews left dealing with same problem of orders taking an hour. Blaming Door Dash will not fix the problem. Trying to shift blame to others explains why it seems to only have gotten worse. The workers kept messing up my order couldn't get it right. They Gave me half my order and still got it wrong at the end. And the place is really dirty floors are sticky, tables are not wiped off, and their fountains drinks don't work, their workers are also very very loud and just screamed while typing this. 100% do not recommend. read more
