They were from Chicago. We had to ask one of the team members to serve us Sodas from the back and she seemed annoyed. By the time I got my soda, my food was cold. As customers continued to order and go get the Sodas the same thing happened. So each time they gave the customers that complained a new cup instead of serving them the Sodas from the back.

When we walked in, there was chicken being grilled fresh, and the place was fairly busy even late at night. We had to wait awhile before someone stopped to take our order, but thankfully, we didn't have to wait long for our food to come out. We ordered the Tropical Trio which came with churrasco steak, chicken, and mojo roast pork. It came with rice, beans, and plantains. We also ordered the boneless chicken entree, which comes with rice and beans but we opted for fries instead of the beans. Unfortunately, we did not get the chimichurri sauce that was supposed to come with the steak. We also ordered the cilantro garlic sauce with our trio platter and we didn't get that. We would've loved to try those. Overall, the food was good. My kids enjoyed the boneless chicken and I really enjoyed the roast pork. It was tender and flavorful. The steak was okay; I wouldn't return for that, but the chicken and pork were good.

While the menu looks a bit limited, it has infinite possibilities and combos. I had the taco platter with carne asada. Each item that I chose for the platter was fresh and delicious. The frijoles rojo were the tastiest I have ever had, the plantains were, too. The platter was filled to almost overflowing. The accompanying tortillas (4 street taco size) tasted freshly made. I chose the chipotle sauce to add to my tacos. It was the right combination of smoke and heat. Delish! My husband had a carne asada burrito which once he added all of the toppings, was huge! He said it was excellent. This place is quite close to the airport so even if you have a short layover in Miami, it is worth your time to ditch the subpar airport food and indulge in some taco tastiness!

I fear that I gave it anything higher than three, my reputation as a foodie would be put at risk. But after a continuing education seminar, errands and a fasted workout, yeah Taco Bell hit the spot. The lettuce was surprisingly fresh and the dish pretty tasty. The fiesta potato side was also a surprising find for a bite.

While I have never been to this location, it is open 24 hours and therefore is the best spot to order for delivery. My go to TB order is a cheesy gordita crunch and a steak quesadilla. It always arrives hot, and they never forget any extra sauces. If I'm feeling wild, I'll dabble in the cantina menu. The crispy chicken cantina taco is actually very good. However, my love story with a cheesy gordita crunch will live forever. Thank you for providing a solid delivery experience every time.

(2/5) -- Great concept, but this visit missed the mark…read more I really wanted to like this Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location more than I did, because the concept is solid and, generally, Cane's food hits. But this visit? Frustrating from start to finish. First off, the setup is misleading. The inside looked empty, and even the drive-thru appeared manageable--until you actually commit. You have to drive deep into the parking lot just to see how long the line really is, and once you're in, there's no easy way out. So now you're stuck. Not ideal. Then comes the wait. About 10 minutes just to place an order, with aggressive drivers jockeying for position like it's a race. I get it--no one wants to sit in that line--but the flow (or lack of it) makes it worse. For a place with two lanes, the organization just isn't there. Service at the speaker? Rough. I felt rushed the entire time, struggled to hear over the noise, and kept getting hit with "I can't hear you, speak up" in a tone that felt more dismissive than helpful. No upsell, no real engagement--just hurry up and move along. To their credit, the pickup window redeemed things a little. Once I got there, the food was ready, and they even overdelivered on condiments (asked for two ketchups, got four). That part was efficient--but it came after a pretty long wait for only about seven cars ahead of me. Now, the food... This is where things really slipped. * The 4-piece tenders felt noticeably smaller--more like large nuggets than actual tenders * Fries were undercooked and skimpy for the price and I had to ask for ketchup * Sweet tea was mostly ice, barely any drink * Overall portions just didn't match the cost For a brand that usually delivers consistency, this felt off. Like corners were being cut. Final take: Started as a 3-star experience based on the process, but dropped to 2 stars once the food came into play. If I could split it, it'd be a 2.5--but Yelp doesn't do that. This place should be better. The foundation is there. But between the chaotic drive-thru, rushed service, and underwhelming portions, it's just not hitting right now. Hope they tighten things up--because Cane's can be really good when it's done right.

WHY ADVERTISE SPECIALITY/FEATURED FREEZES IF YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO HAVE THEM?!?! I swear they are getting like McDonald's with the McFlurry machine. At least in their defense they have corrected this. At least every time I go now the machine is working. Perhaps if enough people complain, they'll make sure to have them. Just a thought. In addition my sour strawberry was made terribly. Had I not been too far when I tried it, I would've taken it back. I was given the drink knowing that the sour freeze wasn't completely done (the green part). Not to mention, all of the sour juice (because that's what it was) was at the bottom and layered as advertised and as I have it before. Outside of that, the young man that helped me was really nice and sweet. That is the reason for the 2 stars or else it would have been 1 Star.
