Although I could tell the staff were striving to do well, the result was bad. to start off, they got two of our orders one and one we had to wait for atleast 20 minutes which is unprofessional. the food itself was just as bad as well. I think they could really use more staff and develop a better training considering the lady that took out order messed it up (could be technology's fault as well). My brother was also waiting for one of my friends food and claimed to see a worker without gloves touch food. All in all, this facility needs better attention in food and service aspects. read more

I do not usually complain, but this Wendy's needs to get it together! It's lunch rush so they decide now is when to train the newbies. I understand they need to learn, but teach them at a slower time. Not when most of us are on a lunch break. Most of us only have an hour lunch and we cannot wait 15 minutes just to order! And then wait another 20 minutes for our mediocre food! With that, they almost forgot half of the order, that we did not get to eat. This place is a pretty darn great quick service restaurant. It's clean. The staff is attentive. Also, they never complain when you use the various Wendys coupons and special offers. In addition to this, if you are a University of Tennessee at Martin employee they have a discount that makes everything even more affordable. All in all, this place delivers exceptionally good fast food at an exceptionally low price. read more

This Wendy's used to be really good! But now it is awful!! The fries are always cold with no seasoning, they run out of things all the time. They tell you they don't sell some items anymore even though they are still on their menu. Do not be fooled by the long lines at lunch; they move quickly. Sara is the absolute best front counter person. If she is there, you will leave happy. I have left frustrated after others have helped me, so just be aware of that. The food is usually hot and fresh (daytime at least) and the place is usually clean. read more

I thought that I would try this place one last time, and today was truly my last time to eat here. I love Wendy's hamburgers, but the service is horrible at this location. Today I went through the drive through and was greeted by a hand holding a bag out of the window. No hello, no thank you, and no eye contact whatsoever. I guess the owner of this place does not care if he or she sells anything or not. Because the service is like this on a regular basis. I am sure that this is a franchise and if I can contact corporate I am going to do so. I run a business and know that if you treat your customers like crap you will not be around long.
