I have had the best experiences here, far surpassing the other locations, especially HWY98 North. But if you have to have it fast, and you want your order right, this one does the job well. Now consider your other options near Memorial Blvd: Memorial Krystal...yikes. Memorial Arby's...the worst in the Arby's chain. Steak and Shake...barely open if! Checkers...get me a Pepto. I will give kudos to the Combi Pizza Hut/KFC. But like all KFC's, plan to spend some time in line. They are the only food place that thinks people are not going to come that day during lunch hours. LOL, but true. He got very rude and just said "look we are very busy, you are just going to have to wait" I said, I understand you are busy, but I have already waited for the lady holding up the whole line for over 5 minutes and they have lost at least 3-4 customers. Well again with the rude very busy answerer. Then this lady appeared with attitude. I ask to speak to the manager. She said she as the manager. I put my coupon and money down on the counter and explained the situation to her. She then got angry, said I was being dis-respectful by "throwing my money at her and she was not going to wait on me until I showed her some respect. So as soon as I picked up my money and coupon off the counter, she took my order again, which about 3 minutes later another guy handed it to me, and I left. Before I left, I ask the manager lady if I could have a drink holder for my car. She never answered, but just got the holder set it down on the counter and went back to the cash register This all could have been ovoided if they would have just ask the lady with the kids to pull forward and someone would bring the order out when it was ready, like all the fast food places.
