The slowest joke of a Wendy's imaginable. Never order on the app and pick up via drive thru - they make you sit on the side and wait an extra 15-20 mins. Great grilled chicken sandwiches!! Drive thru lines can be long but go by fast! Must try!

This used to be the only Wendy's around me before I moved out of the area but I was stopping by a friends house in society hill and decided to pick up food around midnight. I pulled up to the drive thru and I was probably 5th in line. It took about 5 mins PER CAR to get to the next window because of how long it took for them to prepare the orders. Took us over 20 mins just to get two burgers. The two stars are based on the fact that our orders came out correctly and that's about it. read more

This Wendy's is the slowest Wendy's on the planet & they always mess up your order. I went through the drive thru for 10 mins and it took them another 5 mins to get me my food. To top that off I didn't get my drink so I had to ask for it 2 of the staff asked me what my drink was and I had to repeat myself 5 times for me to drive off with a flat, warm Dr. Pepper. So I drive back around wait another 5 mins for her to give me a half way full drink ( I got a medium). The staff here are slow. They need to do something to this place. read more

I am giving Wendy's 5 stars because of their manager Barry. I went through the drive thru waiting for my food when I saw an older homeless man asking for change. It was cold out, I was starving but I was sitting in my nice warm car. I didn't have any cash but I asked him if he wanted some food, cause I can't imagine how it just feel to be cold AND hungry. He said yes, two bacon cheeseburgers. When I pulled up to the window to pay I asked the young lady if I could please have two more burgers and she said "No I'm sorry you can't". That didn't make sense to me, I asked them if they were open inside so I could order at the counter (and not go back in the super long line of cars), and she said no they were closed inside. I didn't get upset I just simply asked if there was a manager there and she brought over Barry. I asked him if I could please ride order two burgers for the guy in the parking lot and he said sure without hesitation. I waited a couple of minutes and then asked the same young lady if she could ring me up for those burgers and she said "I'm going to let the manager ring you up cause I don't know", whatever that means. Maybe she was bothered. She then came back and said Barry wasn't going to charge me and he would give the gentleman the burgers himself soon as they were done. I let the homeless man know and went home to eat my food. Idk if he really gave him the burgers but I could only give him the benefit of the doubt. I can't imagine that a man would see another man hungry and down on his luck and lie about giving him some food. Thank you Barry, you made my day and I'm sure you made his as well. read more

Went on Sunday Aug 30, 2015 approx 9pm - waited 15 minutes to order and only three cars in front of me -after I ordered waiting approx another 15mins for my food and asked to speak to manager and I stated that I waited over 25inutes at this drive in and her response was she was short handed and if I came inside the lines were longer -pather5excuse from a manager and she also stated that the young people don't want to work and my response was to fired them and to top it off my order was wrong and I contacted the 888 number on receipt and it's a survey and they state someone will be calling me regarding my visit and it's two days later and no one has called - giving up on wendys on 440 in jersey city that's for sure -poor customer service -poor management worse experience ever! !!!! I go here often and the inside is great. Great food and great service always. One of the very best Wendy's. Drive through is not so good. It may be they have bad headsets or speakers. i order something and then their response and the order displayed at drive through is completely different than what I said. i ordered large coffee and it came up large frosty or something like that. I go here often. If you go through drive through make sure you have cream for your coffee before you leave. read more
