This Wendy's on south side puts the other one to shame. This one measures up to the ones in Augusta

Waited at front counter to be waited on for 15 minutes. While waiting, we watched the employees continue opening burgers and then giving them to different customers in the drive thru. An employee went into the dining area to give customers seated at a table an order of food that they had already opened in the back before taking it out to them. The way the employees were handling the food and passing it around made me question how sanitary their food was and my child and I left the restaurant without ordering. read more

I've never had a problem with Wendy's before besides the rude employees. I had to ask 4 separate times for my food. They kept asking how many times I paid and I was not given a receipt since they were out of receipt paper. The girl who took my order was rolling her eyes behind her manager and asks me again what I got. Then I tell her and she says she didn't hear me when she was barely whispering in the mic while I was loud to make sure she heard me. read more

We went in to order food, payed for what we ordered, and received chicken in some sort of weird sauce. When we went back to get our food corrected the person at the window seemed very upset with us or somebody. And they still forgot half of our order when we left after trying to get it fixed. We went through the drive thru. The food was delicious. The service was prompt. The employees were courteous and efficient. The spicy chicken nuggets were cooked just right. My husband enjoyed his pretzel burger and fries. Good job Wendy's. read more

The line every time I got Wendys is beyond acceptable I had at least 20 cars in front of me and waited 20 minutes just to get served than an additional 10 to get my food. The reason it is called fast food is because it is supposed to be delivered fast!! read more

I've been through here a few times the past month. The first time, the line was very long and I sat there waiting for 30 minutes before pulling off. The second time, it was a little slow, but not a big deal. The third time I went through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It was practically inedible it was so dry and tough. read more

My boyfriend and I came in Wendy's a couple of days ago. There was one lady in front of us waiting on her food so we were next to order. We stood there and not a single employee recognized us for being there. The cashier got her a cup and left from behind the counter. We stood there for over 5 minutes and still nothing. I feel it was a racial thing because there was only African Americans working. They were all talking to each other. We will not come back inside again, if we come back it will be the drive-thru. It's Wendy's and they have fallen to the same problems as Mcdonalds and Burger King. They stopped selling hamburgers and now just sell Sliders (Mini Burgers) for the regular price. Look for another place and get a real burger. read more

Working night shift, it's hard to get a good meal in the middle of the night. So, 2 Co-workers and I decide to go to Wendys. The website said this location was open until 1am, we get to the drive-thru at Midnight (12am) and they begin to take our orders. They shut the lights off on us mid order and the woman taking our orders was had an attitude and tried to rush us. Getting to the window to pay, she basically snatched the cards from our hands, didn't give any of us a receipts. After giving two orders they pulled us up to the front, being the only car in the drive-thru, this didn't make sense. After 20 minutes of waiting for one order, she hangs out the window and calls us back. We had to reverse to the window. What kind of customer service is that? read more

I know it is fast food place but c'mon. This place is god awful. My friend and I have gone to this particular Wendy's on multiple occasions. There is ALWAYS a problem. Upon arrival, we drove up to the box to place our order. It took the guy five minutes to finally greet us and when we were greeted we were told "wait a minute". After five minutes of sitting in the drive-through he finally greeted us again and we placed our order which he did with an attitude. we pulled up to the first window and we received our drinks. I asked for a Coke which I normally get every time I come. I drank it and it was cherry Coke so we asked him replace it with a normal Coke. He then stated that they don't have Coke and we told him it was cherry Coke he then said they don't have Coke products and offered to replace it with a CHERRY COKE!! He asked if I wanted another drink and I said do you have Pepsi? he then stated they don't sell Pepsi products... So if you don't have Coke and you don't Pepsi then what products are you selling? We looked at our order and we believed everything was right. Needless to say I got CHARGED for two sauces that I did not receive and I didn't receive sour cream for my SOUR CREAM and chive potato. My friend also didn't receive any of her sauces and I didn't receive a fork to eat my potato. This place is joke and so is the SERVICE. read more

I have boycotted Wendy's for a year because they always mess up my burger. Today, I decided to give them a second chance. I order a number 1 without mayo (regular cheeseburger) and baconator fries. The picture showed they come with melted cheese and bacon. My cheese wasn't melted and my bacon was too crispy. My burger had mayonnaise even after I told them I didn't want it. They always put mayonnaise on my burger and I always ask for it without mayonnaise. That's like going to the movies and asking for popcorn then they give you nachos. That's not what you asked for. I hope the manager sees this. I don't want them to remake my burger, I want a refund! read more
