‼RAW CHICKEN‼ I went to sonic and ordered a chicken wrap only to take a few bites and realize it was completely raw. it looked crispy on the outside but it was pink and red inside. Thered also been multiple posts of people with similar experiences like a black and way overcooked and split corndog. The food is delicious. But they lost my business today. I have ordered 3 times and they left food off my order. The first two times I drove back and picked it up myself and didn't say anything to anyone. I didn't check my bag when I left and expected the product that I ordered to be inside the bag but the last time I used DoorDash to pick it up. Upon calling the management of the location they told me they couldn't find my order and so I had to drive over and take the bag and the receipt to them. The management told me that it was DoorDash's fault that the food was not in the bag. I couldn't believe it. I called their customer service line and was told the same thing and ask for a manager who then called me back and told me again that it was not their problem when things were not inside the bag. It's a DoorDash's responsibility to make sure that everything is inside the bag. Every business that I've ever dealt with in my entire life and been a part of knows that if a customer leaves your retail store and you leave something out of the bag then that is your fault not the fault of the person who didn't load the bag. How they feel that it's a customer's responsibility to do quality checks to make sure that everything one orders is inside of the bag is just silly. I know mistakes are made I get it. I'm not mad about that I'm disappointed in the level of the customer service that I received because no one will acknowledge the issue. No one will accept responsibility for the mistake and simply say I'm sorry that I wasted your time and made you drive across town three times and missed three meals with your family because we can't take three seconds to look inside a bag to make sure that all the product is in the bag. So today I'm done with this location and we will never eat there again. You may want to check your bag before you leave because no one in the kitchen is doing it for you. And no one gives a second thought or cares that you have to drive back across town. Just know that they will side with the store and not the customer when food is left out of your bag. That is the customer and their corporate none of them care. Someone somewhere needs to do some training I guess the customer doesn't come first anymore at this location. Good luck. read more

I love there milkshakes and corn dogs. The best time to get your shake is after eight, when the shakes are half price. Sonic has a large variety and the service is always fast and courteous. I prefer Sonic over other fast foods. read more

Big signs say Corndogs 50 cents all day Thursday. But when I get home and check the receipt I was charged $1.49 each. I don't mind paying a buck forty-nine but I don't like being lied to. The first corn dog was sort of lukewarm and flat-shaped but the second one was piping hot. This makes me think they sold me a leftover corn dog that had been lying around for several minutes.
