What got delivered was not only NOT the size I ordered, it looks like it was hastily thrown together by someone who doesn't know what they're doing, or possibly toppled over and then got trampled during the delivery process. They are closed today and there is no option to leave a voice mail message when I called. I am extremely sad and disappointed, because there is no way to fix this before Christmas.

Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!

When we were initially shopping around for sheds, we talked about paying to get the foundation put in and had told them that our shed was going to be on a hill. All that was said was that there would be a fee and that it wouldn't be any trouble. Then when the shed had finally shipped in and the crew came to see the backyard all of a sudden we could either pay to bring in an excavator to dig out an area for the shed to sit or bring another load of stones in (both of which were a couple hundred dollars). This would have been nice to know about ahead of time. We also experience about 4 reschedules. 3 were due to the ground being "wet" and the last time because the company that wood naturally contacts to find where the cable and pipes are never came out and this was discovered about a month after the first delivery appt would have been. When I talked with customer service they said that the crew had only just noticed the last time they came out and they had to try to get in touch with the company again and get a report. I asked to be called back the next day to confirm if the company had sent the report but didn't hear anything back until the next week when I called them again. Because the shed couldn't be put in without that paperwork being done it negates the previous excuses of the ground being wet since they wouldn't have been able to deliver even if the ground was completely dry. Finally, when the shed was delivered there was a hole in the siding that they said would be repaired in about a week but it took at least a month for them to call to send someone to fix it. All in all I would not recommend using this company. For a purchase that costs a couple grand I expect a higher level of service and quality.
