So let me start with this location something is always wrong!! Sometimes they aren't excepting credit cards for the whole weekend or the dining room isn't open. So I only get one meal from Wendy's and that's the Baconator meal (#2 on menu) medium with tangerine twist lemonade. Again it's the only meal I get and the only Wendy's I go to. I ordered the meal to with the son of baconator and son of the baconator was right and the baconator was wrong again and then it's always a double cheeseburger when it's wrong. I can say I've been there 30 times this year and 12 times it's been wrong. It always makes me stop eating there because it's the only place that gets my order wrong. They always get the order wrong on the simplest things. They'll add sauce, miss the bacon, miss a straw, change your drink.. it's absurd.

Both burgers were cold. One had too much mustard while the other had little to no condiments.

Everything about this location could really improve. Everything we tried to order they didn't have toppings, (tomatoes, lettuce, etc. sign on wall hand written, out of chocolate frosty's. Sign on register, short staffed (that's called poor management) and the place was dirty. Wendy's has gone down the toilet, so to speak. If zero rating was possible, that would be my first choice. Avoid at all cost. We arrived at 9 PM and ordered at the drive through. As we pulled up to the window, we were given our drink and a Frosty. No straw or spoon. We waited patiently for 5 minutes. Family was the only one in the establishment. Sat at the front counter for 10 minutes with several workers walking by and not only not helping us NOT ACKNOWLEDGING us. I finally said "hello is this inside open?". I was responded with a whisper from the girl on fries to the lady in the drive through "there's someone at the front counter". Then a worker walked passed us outside and back inside 5 minutes later again no service or let alone a word exchanged to us. Finally a manager came out and took our order. Placed a mobile order at around 4pm. When I went to pick it up and got to the window the cashier let me know that they didn't have any more Dreamsicle Frostys (which was surprising as they weren't busy at all, it was early dinner time, and it's their latest special). She asked if I would like anything else instead. So I asked for a fish sandwich. Apparently, the manager said "No", that it cost more than a large Frosty. So then I asked for a chicken sandwich. She (the manager) said "No, can't do that." She offered a chocolate Frosty (but I can't have chocolate). Then I asked for a baked potato. She said she could only do a baked potato with no toppings at all. So I asked to be refunded for the Frosty that I paid for on the app and didn't receive. "No, we're not able to do that." Well, what can you do? "We can do a large fries." I said that I already paid for 2 large fries, and didn't need any more fries. I asked to pay the difference if I got a fish, or another sandwich. "No, we have no way of doing that." Then they offered me chili. Disgusted, I just said, "okay, just give me that then", even though I don't care for their chili. I sat there for about another 15min waiting at the drive-thru window for the chili. Fortunately, there were no cars behind me. Then the cashier handed me the bag out of the window, then shut it, without saying a word to me. Not "sorry for the inconvenience" or "thank you", not a word. Absolutely horrible customer service and it started with the manager on duty. I worked in the restaurant industry for several years, and even owned and managed one, and have successfully managed several businesses. I've never treated my customers like that, nor did I tolerate my staff treating customers like that. You can do better Wendy's! read more

This is the first "slow food" restaurant I've ever been to. My crockpot would be a faster meal. French fries were undercooked and HEAVILY salted. Didn't get the sauce we asked for, for our nuggets. Didnt even bother to go ask for them because the line was so long. Take this 1 1/2 star rating as your warning not to give them your service. read more

This is a pretty clean Wendy's for being so close to a big outlet mall. They seem like they are usually pretty busy here but they get through the line pretty fast. The workers are nice and are helpful when your trying to figure out what to pick on the menu. I can't comment on the the drive through because I didn't use it, but judging on the workers characters inside it seems good. Just a good clean Wendy's to eat at after a long day of shopping. The prices here are a bit high though, I suspect that is once again because of it's location. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying my food was messed up & my burgers were completely plain for some reason. But mistakes happen, I can get over that. The real issue at this store are the employees. I sat at the 1st window waiting through the drive thru & heard so many loud conversations that shouldn't be had. All within a matter of minutes I heard: - "you have s*** all over your hands" -"that fart was so bad" -"that looks disgusting is it cooked?" -I'm going to f****** kill you" -"don't touch it with your bare hands" -"you dumb b****" If these comments don't make you question your food or ruin your appetite, I'm not sure what will. Not only that but my 6 year old was in the car with me. Immediately I called the manager & tried to explain the situation because I am surely not the only one hearing this. I told him that I had just left but what he did not know was that I was now at the second window. As he assured me everyone was wearing gloves & he would take care of it. Im not sure if he misunderstood the point I was trying to make about these inappropriate comments but I saw him giggle with his employees as he grabbed a drink from the fountain. Also I watched the guy drop both the fry scoop and the burger spatula on the floor, pick both up and use them on the next order. The staff is more concerned about talking on phone, eating cookies, not wearing gloves and when they do touch their face/nose and then make food. Gross!! This is probably my favorite wendys. They have really good service I understand that they can be busy because they are right by the outlet mall. On Thursday I ordered $30 worth of food for carryout to be picked up at 11:20. When I got there the doors were locked so I called to ask if I could go inside and the guy told me it was drive thru only because they were short staffed. As he hung up I got a notification thanking me for ordering at Wendy's and that it had charged my card. I tried to find a way to cancel but all I had was a receipt. I tried calling the store again but it was busy. I had to get my son lunch by 11:50 and didn't have time to walk back to get my car and then wait in a drive thru line that was wrapped around the building. I figured I would swing back by after dropping something else off to my son's school but the line was even longer than before and I had to get ready for work. I called several times to cancel and get a refund but the phone line was busy. I finally gave up and called the help number on the app who started the refund process for me. Then I get a phone call at around 2pm from a manager (Doug) who sounded annoyed that I didn't come pick up my order because "it's been ready" and they are "open inside" for carryout. That's when I got upset because NO they weren't open on the inside. I told him the doors were locked and that I wasn't the only one trying to get in! He then told me I should have called and they would have brought it out to me. I DID call! I was told drive thru only. I even TRIED to call back several times only to get a busy signal. He let me know they were short staffed (which I already knew) and that he's going to talk to whoever told me they were closed inside. WHY? I wasn't even mad about it! I was mad that he called me with an attitude and then shifted the blame on the employee. They probably closed inside because they were overloaded with orders and he walked into a sh-t show. A simple, "sorry for the mix up," with the "we're short staffed," phone call would have been going above and beyond for a customer who wasn't even angry, but calling me to let me know my food had been sitting there and that I could have just walked in anytime was down right insulting. Places that are short staffed are usually due to poor management so Doug, please rethink your approach when dealing with customers. I wouldn't have ordered from there if the app had said drive thru only. Not everyone drives and not everyone can sit outside in the heat to wait for a carryout order. I'm 8 months pregnant ffs. Really really disgusting. I'm not a picky eater but when I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich it was all hard chewy and stringy, which I didn't realize a chicken sandwich could be. While visiting with my granddaughter & great granddaughter who's only 7 months, it started thundering, lightening & pouring rain. Since our car was near the door, we decided to stand there & if the rain let up a little, make a run for it to the car. Shortly after, Bridgett (I think might be the manager) came to us with an umbrella, said she could take one at a time to our car. Soon after we got to our car, we saw another worker with the same umbrella helping out an elderly couple. My next trip to Florida, I will definitely visit this Wendy's again.
