The parking layout is not the most outstanding design (no photos). You'll see for yourself. Considering it was late at night, it's understandable that some or most of the food was not prepared. After ordering, I waited almost two minutes for the food, and, by surprise, she didn't tell me to park in the waiting area. Meanwhile, there were many cars behind me. When my order finally came, I thanked her and said no problem with an attitude. Hopefully, things will improve on my next visit, which will be in a year or more.

Hello, Good…read moreafternoon. I'm writing to report a very rude and unprofessional experience I had with one of your McDonald's locations regarding a mobile order. I placed a mobile order and later realized that a slushy I intended to get for my younger sister was missing. I called the restaurant to ask if a refund or solution was possible. During the call, the employee hung up on me. I called back twice, and both times I was told "I can't hear you" before the call was disconnected again. This behavior felt dismissive and disrespectful. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. I was simply looking for assistance with a missing item from my order and did not expect to be treated this way. I would appreciate this issue being reviewed and a resolution provided regarding the missing item. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Samantha, our cashier was very nice and welcoming, even came by to ask us how our meal was! The food was great. Definitely the high point of the visit. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the beans in the burrito were a bit dry. No one likes dry beans.

You can immediately feel how happy and welcoming everyone is the second you walk in. Even the customers were smiling, chatting, and being kind to each other... it just felt like one of those places people genuinely enjoy being in. I ordered the chicken halal over rice and baklava, and I'm already thinking about when I can go back The baklava situation alone deserves its own review because you get four pieces in an order and can mix flavors. I tried the chocolate and pistachio baklava and both were unreal. Their dessert display should honestly come with a warning because everything looks amazing. Huge thank you to Jorge and Saiyu for being so welcoming to me my first time there. I recently moved nearby, so finding a spot with great food and great energy made me ridiculously happy. Nostalgia was high, but right off the bat here are a few notes worth noting: Dark, Outdated machines The bathroom has a fidgeting passcode lock system that can be a nightmare to use when your fingers are all slimy and coated with sauce. And speaking of sauce, my GOD. The wings were absolutely drowned in it. Biggest mistake we made. The chicken was thoroughly overcooked, all you tasted was sugar syrup and a deep, fake BBQ flavor. The staff was impatient with us, and unprofessional. Sad to see such a place go so far downhill, and that's why this was our last time visiting the old Cluck U. We salute you

While it sits in a modest strip mall and lacks upscale decor, its fresh ingredients, massive portion sizes, and excellent value for money are enough reasons why costumers keeps coming back. The food is genuinely authentic, comparing it favorably to traditional dishes found in Mexico or heavily Hispanic areas of the US. Some of the favorites in this place are Pastor tacos (noted for perfectly seasoned pork with a subtle hint of pineapple), empanadas, and mole enchiladas. The food is made fresh to order and served in exceptionally large, filling portions. It maintains very reasonable prices, offering a cost-effective alternative to cook at home without sacrificing a high-quality meal. Be aware that unlike some Mexican dining spots, complimentary refills on chips and salsa are generally not included, and customers must pay a small extra fee for them. The restaurant is small, cozy, and situated inside a strip mall plaza. It emphasizes high-quality comfort food over a fancy aesthetic. Because it operates as a small family-run business, service can occasionally lean on the slower side during peak hours when the kitchen is busy.
