Asked someone to get Wendy's and unfortunately this is the one they chose. Bought 3 meals. Asked for No Cheese on ONE. Got No Cheese on ANY. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I went through the drive thru because the restaurant isn't allowing customers inside. After a 20 minute wait to get through the line I pick up my order and the lemonade taste like water. I turn around and go back to the restaurant. I get the attention of one employee sitting outside in the back of the restaurant. I tell her the situation and asked if I could get another drink. She said I would have to get back in the drive thru line. I said are u kidding me! All I want is a replacement drink. She gets up knocks on the door to get the attention of another employee. Stopped into my neighborhood Wendy's on Flat Shoals Pkwy for a salad being that it was convenient. A long wait time inside or drive thru was expected and anticipated which seems to be the norm for most fast food places, but give props for freshly prepared food, even if I have to wait 10-15 minutes because I know that it is not all about me and when I eat out, my time is unlimited. I noticed they have a new Southwestern Avocado Salad and decided to give it a try and the half order for 4.99 was visually appealing, fresh and filling for me. I love being able to sit in the outside seating area on beautiful days as today and not have to hear people talking without regards to their surroundings. Nobody ever use this area and it is not encouraged being that there is no trash can to discard your trash when done and you can not take it back in to discard because the door is kept locked from outside. The dinning area did need a cleaning and most of the tables had obviously been used. As I was going to patio, a couple got up and left their cups on table and had to pass right by the trash can to exit. Probably their passive aggressive retaliation for their unhappiness with their order after they had eaten it all. No doubt short staffed and everybody on post with no one to spare to clean dinning area. I would have gave another half of star if dinning area was clean and I wanted to eat inside. Review update- Stopped in Saturday(4/21/19) for a Taco salad during the lunch rush. The drive through was quite long, but it apparently was moving. The line inside was just as long and I don't know how long I waited to place my order because I was mesmerized by how everybody was working diligently and focused as if they had completely a training program for better customer service. The dining area was clean and well maintained, unlike last Saturday. Didn't have to look for the inspection score, which was proudly displayed for your viewing pleasure as you are hurdled through the line. 100-A and cant get any better than that. Hats off!!! I still do not like the fact that the door to the outside seating area is locked from outside and once you are out and need to go back in, you have to walk around to front door. Don't forget your napkins. I knew there was no trash can in outdoor seating, but also noticed that there is no trash can outside of the restaurant, which would give triflers eating in their car a reason to discard their trash in the parking lot. read more

worst wendys location !!!! been living in this area for a couple of months and no matter the day or time. you will spend 20 minutes minimum in the drive thru wether theres one car or twenty in front of you. there is also something always wrong with the payment system wether its cash only, no apple pay, no debit/credit card. This Wendy's is as trifling as it gets. On this day 1/27/2021 who ever was doing the drive thru at 4:30pm is the most disrespectful ignorant person I had to deal with as a uber driver. I sat in that drive thru line for 15 mins picking up an uber order. I always verify that I am at the right location or else I wouldn't have been sitting in the drive thru line for 15 mins. I finally get to the intercom and the classless tdrive thru person proceeded to tell me that I was at the wrong location then I verified the location, then she in her bitter tonecontinued to tell me that there was no order placed by uber it's not in their system, just being ratchet, so I pulled off explained to the customer and to uber support. I will not recommend this location to anyone, they never get the orders right, I think they just hiring any ole body, because there was a note in the system from the customer stating that they always get her order wrong. This is one of the worst Wendy's I have been to. I have filed 4 separate complaints with corporate. You will wait in the drive through for a minimum of 15-20 mins before they even take your order. The drive through line is always backed up to the side of the building near the door no matter what time you come here. Always check your order because guaranteed it will be wrong or missing something. Also make sure they give you your correct change and a receipt. read more

I've been coming to this Wendy's for almost 4 years and I am seriously surprised that it's still open. The service is horrible. The sandwiches and fries are almost always cold. I own a rental property near this Wendy's so I don't go here often. I nicknamed this Wendy's the "30 minute Wendy's" since you can count on at least 30 minutes in line if you're getting food from the drive-thru. Today I went inside since I needed to use the ladies room. There were no towels for hand drying which makes one wonder how employees dry their hands. I went to the dining area and there were NO napkins. Folks had to ask at the counter for napkins. I had to air dry my hands. I stood in the line for a while and since there was only one person taking orders, and the line was going nowhere, I left. I'm not sure if it was just a case of being short staffed or just business as usual but I didn't intend to stand in line for 30 minutes. I am very big Wendy's fan until today. I went to this location to get dinner for my family and I really go this location often because of the lack of customer service. So the cashier Antonia had a very disgusting attitude and to top things off when I was placing my order I wasnt even done giving her everything she walks off and start filling up a cup of soda. Then when she comes back to the counter she tells me my total and I haven't even finished ordering yet. To make things worse I asked for extra pickles and they act like I asked for lite pickles. The customer service at this Wendy's is horrible. I have had two separate incidents with the manager by the name of Dallas, he is rude and he lacks people skills. I was left at the drive-through window and totally ignored because they failed to acknowledge me at the speaker, so I drove around. Dallas never came to the window to say anything to me, he just ignored me for 15 minutes until I drove off. This is horrible customer service. I filed a complaint and never received a callback. Can you give a ZERO star rating? If so, the Wendy's on Flat Shoals Parkway deserves it. The service at this place is horrible. I last went there on the coldest day of the year (the day it snowed in January) and I was told to hold (of course) so I let my window up. When they came back to the microphone, I didn't hear them but after waiting a while, I blew and let the window down a bit to place my order. The teenage male at the window was now upset that he had to wait on me after I waited on him. I tried to let the attitude slid. I get to the window to pay and we had the exact amount for what we thought the total was but I heard the wrong amount so I let the window back up to get the change right (remember it's snowing). When I let the window back the down the boy was belligerent, telling my mom and I how he did not like waiting on us. I gave a nervous laugh and asked was he kidding. He continues to tell me how he didn't see any funny and at this point I told him that I did not appreciate his demeanor or attitude and asked to speak to the manager. The manager comes to the window from an office adjacent to the drive through and scolds me for yelling at a kid. I called their regional manager and I have never returned to this location.
