This wendy's has very rude workers. I ordered on the app at 11:30pm. I was already in the parking lot so I didn't GET to the store any later than that. I used my points to get a 6 piece spicy nugget. That's it. No sauce. No drink. Nothing else just nuggets. I get up to the window, and this girl immediately yelled at me that they're "closed". I asked her "don't you guys close at midnight? I also ordered on the app" and she yelled yet again that they have to "clean" before hand. Erm, from my understanding, you close 15 mins til or directly at the time you're labeled at closed. They're slow and honestly half the people I come in contact with have no idea what they're doing there is one guy who always comes to take over cause no one else can figure it out. Got in line about 1020am. Lady at the drive thru asked us to wait while she helped the one car ahead of me. They got their Oder taken and went to the window. While waiting they rotated the signs at the drive thru from breakfast to lunch. Waited several more minutes, got her attention asked if she forgot that we was in line waiting. She then said we needed to wait because she was helping someone at the window. Then she said we cannot order breakfast because was after 1030. Obviously she was taking one order at a time and then was going to take our order once the one car was done. She cannot handle more than one car in line she shouldn't be working the drive thru! Management needs to provide proper training. This place has gone downhill so terribly with service and the lack of attention to the outside of building as well. The window cashier was very friendly. The food and my order not so much very disappointing. I ordered the fish sandwich it had No Lettuce No Cheese very little Tarter Sauce. I asked for Tomatoes and onions. I got the end of the tomato and one Ring of a slice of Onion. The bottom of the bun was hard as a rock. I asked for sweat and sour sauce didn't get it. WORST WENDY'S EVER IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE We went there a number of months ago around 9 pm. The two burgers we got were extremely past well done and should have been tossed and not served to any customer. We didn't find this out until we got home. I've never had such a horrible burger. In Jan I went to the drive through and ordered a single with cheese. The guy told me I couldn't get a single but could get a double. I questioned him and he verified I could not get a single but could get a double. I drove off. Went there this past weekend for 4 breakfast sandwiches. We were the only car in line. Took our order, paid and we waited and waited, a car pulled up behind, they asked us to pull up near front door and told us it would be 2 more minutes, the car behind us pulled up to the drive through window and eventually left, we're still waiting and waiting, another car pulls into the drive through and then up to the window to pay and also eventually left, we were still waiting (now at about 12 minutes out of the 2 they said). At this point I backed up to the drive through window, no one acknowledged us there, we waited and waited until they finally gave us our 4 breakfast sandwiches. It was close to 20 minutes to get our order. I opened my sandwich and had a huge egg shell hanging off of it. My husband took a bite of his right into egg shell. We'll never be back to this Wendy's. I live 2 blocks from this location. For over two years this place has been the absolute worst. Only because I live so close i have given it a chance more than once. However last week will be the last visit to that location. Everytime I go in there they are standing around as if at a party and completely ignore you when u go in. After standing there 6 mins someone very unhappily finally asked if they could help me. She had very long braids waist length and no hair net or hat on, no gloves. The braids kept falling in her face and she kept pulling them back again no gloves. Very dirty in there already. No gloves, no hat or hair net is just nasty. And above everything else bad service. Yes I am in business too and yes it's hard to find help but this is no help. Not just her but the other two as well not very helpful. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. If you go through the drive-thru at night, be ready to sit in your car for a half hour. I've sat for at least a half hour multiple times. Thankfully I didn't have anywhere to be and had podcasts to keep me occupied. The last time I went, they told me to pull up to the second window to order. This is insanely inefficient first off. I then placed my order almost one word at a time because the person would disappear around the corner to enter it into the computer one thing at a time. Thankfully I didn't need the menu to order. I got a combo with a salad instead of the fries which almost broke the employees brain. He then grabbed the wrong salad and asked me what kind of dressing I wanted. I figured anything complicated would be too much so I just asked for ranch so he gave me the dipping sauce for nuggets. Really?They even asked me if I wanted a straw. I apparently should have asked for a fork and actual dressing for my salad. I didn't get a receipt as always so I couldn't complain directly to Wendy's (I doubt anything would be done). The employees seem completely unaware of how terrible they are. They move insanely slow while the rest of them sit there talking instead of helping out. They would even come to the window and yell at their friends outside while I'm sitting there waiting for my food. Is there any management or supervision that knows that they are driving customers away. Not a lot of people would wait for a half hour for someone to get their order wrong and treat them terribly. I worked at Wendy's for four years in high school. I know what it's like to work at one and very few of the employees seem to have any work ethic. There used to be a big black guy that worked the drive-thru at this location during the day that was awesome. He was always incredibly fast and super friendly. We went here before during the day and they were fine but tonight we went there around 11:11pm, and they didn't take out order fir about four minutes, and then when they did we asked if they had chicken tenders, lady said no so then we ordered chili with cheese and sour cream, small fries, two small fries and a cheeseburger. First they only handed us one frosty and we had to remind them for the other, then in the bag they had chicken nuggets even though we didn't order that, the fries were cold, the frosty was just liquid, and the sand which was the worst part. They had the bottom part, the lettuce and burger and bottom bun wrapped nicely in a package while the tomato onion and ton bun was just in the bag. I order 6 burgers off the value menu for my family. 2 of them were completely wrong and had to be sitting for over 30 minutes before being put in our bag because the bread was hard. 1 burger didn't even come with a beef patty, just cheese lettuce, ketchup and onion.
