Food is usually good but Collinsville has some of the worst workers around. Very rude. Some never say a nice word at all and act like they don't want to be there. I was sitting waiting for my order today and the guy looked at me like i was causing him a problem. Like i said the food is good price could be better, but the service is disgusting. Need to go through and let some go and hire people that are not so hateful. You know customer service is a big part of a business staying open and we certainly dont need to close another business in this area. I told him I wasn't given a receipt and he said well it didn't matter because I didn't order one. The general manager came out with my receipt and said that I didn't order a sweet tea. When in reality her inability to take an order is why I wasn't charge for it and didn't get it. When I got home I realized that I also did not get my two orders of Bo berry biscuits nor did she ring me up. The level of incompetence at this restaurant is astonishing.
