This Wendy's is located in the Pilot truck stop and was very busy when we stopped by for lunch yesterday; pretty sure everyone was traveling home from Christmas like us and knew there wasn't many more choices in either direction. The staff at this Wendy's did a great job at handling the crowd and getting our food out to us. The fries were so fresh that they were hotter than the sun. well this original Wilco Wendy's now a pilot Wendy's still hasn't changed much.. practically whole place is kind of still crappy. I prefer to stop at the Petro up the road but what I was driving the middle of the night I saw a parking spot after I pulled in to use the bathroom and I said hell with it I'll just sleep here. so I came in here inside decided on home style BBQ chicken minus the onion tanglers and the pickle but add tomato get the combo with the fries in the Coke Zero.. as usual lots of flies flying around in the place I always has been always will be a service wasn't that great sale was riding up by Savannah not very professional more just here for a job.. told her three times I want to eat here dine in.. shit even my receipt shows that dine in..Soooo..here comes my order called out in a bag and I said I said three times it was for here what the heck so as you can see right here here's your for here but the damn bag on top of a tray the only reason you're not getting two stars it's because the chicken was cooked fresh and it was hot and the fries were cooked fresh in their hot other than that the rest of place isn't too hot.. read more

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. It was dirty; the tables, the ground, the workers hats were crusty looking. I felt gross by just standing there without even touching anything. Also the service was extremely slow. And once the food was actually ready the guy behind the counter took another 5 min just to find the right sauce. At least the chicken nuggets were hot. This is the worst service I have ever received at a Wendy's. There was only one woman at the register and she had issues understanding the order if you gave her more than one item at a time. The young girl completing the orders moved slower than cold honey. I never saw someone move so slow. She also did not want to supply a normal amount of condiments or napkins, everyone had to ask for more and she acted like she was doing you a big favor. No masks were being worn by staff. read more

Wendy's in Carnesville, GA. We ordered a #1 and the burger had way too much Mayo one it so we opened it and scrapped it off only to find the dead fly in his burger with the Mayo. This is BS. They refunded my money but that place was nasty in the kitchen when I stepped beside the counter to talk to the manager. Poor management and horrible employee moral!! Never again. The lady working the register on the hour of 2pm of June 10th was very rude wouldn't take my coupon on my first order. And I had to place a second order and he huffed and puffed, and Rudely asked if I needed anything else and asked if I was done. Then I simply asked her for a strawberry lemonade before my order was finished and she charged me for a strawberry frosty. Then my meal was wrong. This place needs better customer service! read more

This was the most disgusting fast food restaurant I've seen. The high chairs were both caked with a film that felt like they had never been cleaned. They were so bad that I chose to hold my baby the entire meal instead of using them. I had baby wipes to clean the chair but they wouldn't have been enough. I used the wipes to clean the table and they came off with brown and yellow residue. Gross! The walls next to the booth were filthy as well. If I had noticed any of this before ordering, I would have left immediately. Don't get me started on the nasty bathrooms! This place needs a health inspection ASAP! read more

Once again I leave the Carnesville Wendy's with only half of my order. If I could somehow get back the amount of money that this Wendy's has stolen from me over the years, I would have a down payment for a new car. I'd also come back for my food if my schedule allowed for it, and I'd definitely eat somewhere else if it wasn't the only halfway decent fast food restaurant for ten miles in every direction. I cannot say thank you enough to Shauna Hollifield the General Manager, while returning home to NC from a vacation I unknowningly left my purse at Wendy's in GA. When I contacted Wendy's she eased my mind letting me know they had my purse and would mail it to me. I received it today and all its contents and I am truly greatful, Shauna is a valuable asset to the company. My husband and I had a wonderful lunch in a clean and friendly atmosphere and hope that if we are passing through we will be able to meet Shauna again. read more

This restaurant deserves no stars. Poor service. Got a side salad that had mostly brown lettuce. When I returned it to the counter, after waiting for ten minutes in line. They had to go in the back and make a new salad. No apologies, no customer service. While in line, a lady pushed to the front and asked for a drink refill. The person at the counter stopped taking orders and refilled her drink. The lady then had the audacity to order another meal in front of the other customers who were still waiting in line. The person at the counter took and filled her order first. What the hell! I'm done with Wendy's forever. read more
