Typically I only reserve the chain for a road stop and they have been more hit than miss lately. Men's restroom urine all over the floor. Most tables not wiped down. Floor had debris. That alone would be enough but no ketchup in dispensers and no napkins in holders. Counter service was friendly which was great. My son ordered chicken nuggets and I had a quarter pounder. Also fries and a M&M McFlurry. The turnaround time was approximately 15 or so minutes and the restaurant inside was empty. Drive-thru had light business. The food came out hot and tasted great! They did put napkins and ketchup on the tray. 2.5 rounding down.

I say yes and bring it up on my phone again. She gets mad and says I'm not saying you're a liar or something. I say oh and I forgot to order the dog a sausage patty so I need one of those too please. She turns to the kitchen and yells that she needs two hbs and that being rude doesn't get you your food faster. I turned to the other customers to see that they too heard her. I went to get my drinks. Come back and she drops my hashbrowns and starts to walk away. I catch her and say I still need my sausage patty. She turns to the kitchen and hollers "can somebody get me a sausage patty so I can get this rude lady out of here!" I am floored at this point. I again turn to the other customers. They heard it all. She is in the back loudly talking about me. She comes up and angrily says that'll be two dollars for the sausage patty. As I pay I say "I was not trying to be rude. I've been waiting over forty minutes and you calling me rude is not ok." She starts arguing that she never said anything and that I was being rude. I swear on my life I was not rude until she turned and yelled about me being rude the first time. My mother has been RUDE all her life to foodservice workers. I won't even order with her because of it. I have worked in foodservice for years I know the shortstaffed crap the "guests" bs and all I would NEVER! But respect begets respect. If you are disrespectful then I'm going to match your energy! I was defending them in line to other people who were complaining for fs!! I wait quietly and then when I go up like "hey don't want to bother you but I just need to make sure yall didn't forget about me. Please don't be mad" and you calling me RUDE!?!? She wanted to keep arguing so I grabbed my stuff and left. I made a complaint to corporate because ???? Idk what's going on at this location but for months it has gotten progressively worse. Last time same back up but super nice people. Customer was rude and getting loud but the rest of us were super apologetic to the people working because that stuff sucks!
