Worst Wendy's customer service EVER! I filed a customer complaint and it went nowhere. After filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, their Corporate owners (The Flynn Group) responded saying they never received the complaint and tried to buy me off with a gift card and not care about my concerns. The Flynn Group owns Applebees, Taco Bell, Planet Fitness, Arby's, Pizza Hut, Panera Bread, etc., but in my opinion doesn't care about customer service, for it took 2 weeks for a lackluster response. read more

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. We ordered 2 Biggie bags and a number 6, but no one even acknowledged us for 10 minutes. Just stared. When they did, we politely explained what happened and the server didn't care. We tried to order, but no one knew how to use the kiosk. Then they wanted to ring us up at the drive thru, which, after 20 minutes, I was fine with. And then, another worker comes and asks for our order instead and forgets our two Biggie bags. He was very rude and kept making excuses that didn't line up with each other. We normally don't do this but, by now, we ask for the manager. He claims he is the manager, although we had just seen the manager 5 minutes ago. Name tag and shirt, all that jazz. So we leave as he makes rude remarks. Would rather go to McDonalds. Used to work here right before covid and I'm actually quite impressed with how the service has somehow gotten worse than it was then lol. constantly waiting 10 to 20 minutes in a drive thru with only one other person in it. Food is old and cold ALL the time, even though you wait long enough for them to make it over 3 times. When I worked there one of the burger makers, named Josh, would stick his hands down his pants and then make food without washing his hands or wearing gloves let that sit with you. I see the other customer who resorted to racism when writing their review, which is absolutely ridiculous when they have soooo many things to complain about that have nothing to do with race or income. Also, when I worked there, they would have us tell customers in the drive thru that we were having issues with the computers so they could go out and smoke weed, so the weed is absolutely true lol. And do not get a job here. You might be thinking "well, i can get a job here and slack off" lolololol i once worked a 12 hour shift at 16 years old with one 30 minute break, and I worked well past the time minors should be working. That's about four labor violations and I'm only mentioning one time this happened to me, and who knows what they did to other workers. this location had a lot of bad reviews but if you look closely, some are up to seven years ago. Yelp should simply remove these because they're not indicative of what the restaurant is today. I had a burger, fries and a frosty and it was a decent lunch. It tasted good and it didn't cost a lot. Last week I had a breakfast sandwich and got free French toast sticks, and it was all good. I suspect they had a change of staff or management and now this is a good place to go. read more

If I could give a -500 star rating I would Visited the Wendy's at 10:40 pm, ordered at drive thru, 2 single meals, very easy. Drove up to window, was told to drive to front of restaurant and wait at the railing. Why I have no idea, no one in line at drive thru. Waited 20 mins, drove back around to window, was told oh I'm sorry I thought someone brought the food out, mean while a teenage with tattoos walking around on his phone the entire time. Took food, pulled over, checked food, fries like 2x4's, back in line to window, ask for new fries, said they were nasty, attitude from young girl, she took bag and threw it aggressively into the trash! She Came back said we have to drop new fries please wait front of building again!!!! Waited 15 mins no fries, back around to window, no one is in line during this entire time, honking my horn, banging in the drive thru window, teen with tattoos is hiding in the back I can see in reflection, another 5 mins trying to get someone, back around to the drive thru speaker, another couple mins, can I get my fries please, or refund, lots of clicking and popping on speaker, girl answers, silence, more silence, no answer, I ride back to the window, she hands me fries in bag, sorry I got locked in the office. Here's your fires nice and hot, with an untrusting look on her face. No apology, nothing, teen with tattoes still walking around on his phone. I threw the fries away, I don't trust anyone at this establishment, after witnessing the immaturity, laziness, lack of work ethic, terrible attitudes, sheer aggressiveness, and terrible terrible customer service. Will never go here again. Almost 45 mins!!!! I want to go to the manager tomorrow and complain more, but let's face it, nothing is going to to happen, these fast food places only hire kids that just don't care, all they care about are their phones! read more

Absolutely Absolutely Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service at the Night Shift, Ignored us when we had to wait for our food, aggressive behavior when we asked for new fries because we waited for 25+ minutes for our food, and teased us when we waited an extra 10-25 minutes for a new batch of French Fries, Too busy on their Cell Phones when we were there to their job when we were there, I threw the French Fries that they gave away because of their immature behaviors towards me because I was Afraid of what they could have done to my food. read more

I was there today. The kid working there was apparently new and was his first day. I'm guessing he didn't get any kind of formal training or shadowing. I ordered a number 6 sandwich only. He asks me what I want to drink. I tell him it's a sandwich only not a combo. He tries to turn the entire screen around to tell me that i'm wrong. He says number 6 is a combo. I tell him 6 is the sandwich but can be ordered with fries and a drink. He did not comprehend and continues to ask me my drink. I look around for help, the customer behind me tells him I want the spicy chicken sandwich which is the number 6. He abruptly leaves to get a manager. The manager gives him instructions on how to order sandwich only. He comes back and finally figures it out. He says anything else? I tell him a double stack 4 for 4. He does not seem to get it at first but finally understands. Then he asks me what to drink . I tell him just a soda from the remix machine. He says which soda. I tell him I don't know yet. Some moments go by and he starts screaming. A manager comes running out from the back and tells him "WE DON"T DO THAT HERE" He continues to scream and she keeps saying "WE DON"T DO THAT". He ignores her, takes off his mask and continues. I decide to leave and get better food elsewhere. All other customers where in shock. At least this interaction is better then the last time I was here. The previous guy use to vape while taking the customer orders. This guy just screams. Please train your employees. Do background checks and have them shadow someone until they are ready to take an order. Overall wasted about 15 minutes of my time. Not happy. I won't be back. read more

When she leaves to go pick up product from another store, typically the one in Abingdon, she is gone for hours when it's really a 45 minute trip at most. read more

However, giving them a chance, we could not have been more pleased! as soon as we stepped through the door, we were greeted with smiles & courteous service! I am so tired of going there and the people who work the drive thru being so nasty. This is probably the 5th time I've been there this past month and I keep saying I'm not going back and today was the straw that broke the camels back. I order a large sweet tea and get a small, I say something and the worker says that's what you ordered. Preset much just throws the food at you when you get it! I come here quite often but it is really only because I love the chain and it is the only one in close vicinity. I have had a fair share of mix ups, forgotten items and wrong sizes but I dont complain about that because it happens. I've worked in the food industry and I get it. No big deal. Today, however when I came in with my mother the manager on duty was being so rude to his employees, yelling, barading them and just talking down to them. Not to mention that before I had a chance to finish my order the guy was yelling at the top of his lungs to someone 5 feet away what I was getting. Very uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers. Stopped by there about 11:20pm. Hours posted said drive thru was open until 12midnight. Workers were in the store but refused to answer the intercom. Even if they were closed a brief "Sorry we're closed" would have been nice. If your hours are posted and advertised as open late then be open. I went across the street to Wawa. read more

Horrible horrible service. The guy working called my friend baby when giving her her order. The guy in the kitchen kept staring at us making us feel uncomfortable and it took almost 15 mins to get our food. One of the men who works there opened the bathroom door to speak to someone he knew in the bathroom and then went back into the kitchen area by the fries. Red hair lady was giving a huge attitude to the customers in front line. When i went up to order she roller her eyes when i placed a order for 2 double cheese and yelled to the back in front of me very obnoxiously to "put down big meat!" Her name tag said isabella. I had waited about 4 minutes for my food and finally when she gave me the food the fries has been sitting on the trays for about 3 minutes and they were cold.
