I would encourage a boycott of every Wendy's in America. They are jacking up prices while ALSO engaging in shrinkflation. I got a "double stack" and each patty was about 2 inches by 2 inches, if that. Their employees are dull and hard of hearing, but the big problem comes from corporate. I am so sick of corporations screwing and screwing and screwing the American public. We need to put them out of business. read more

So while traveling down Route 66 coming through Battle Creek right down from BaileyPark I decided to stop at Wendy's. Absolutely fantastic Wendy's very clean smelled very clean looked very clean. bathrooms were spotless. The people were phenomenally kind. You can't pay for kindness like that. Definitely when I'm in this area again. I will stop at store 9194 Wendy's. Great job lunchroom crew on February 4, 2026. You should be very proud of yourselves read more

Horrible service. Came in on a Sunday when they had low foot traffic and even then it took forever to even put out order in! The workers look miserable and the vibe of the place overall was horrible. I don't recommend this one at all! Unfortunately there isn't one on Beckley or else I'd never come to this location. The food itself isn't anything special. You can tell their nuggets are old and hard but other than that and the fact that you'll get the fries cold the food is to be expected. read more

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Three times in last 10 days have attempted to get food in the drive thru after 9PM. They are slow, slow, slow. They have people pull forward and then they serve orders out of order - I guess to their friends. Two orders I picked up took over 20 minutes but the place was NOT crowded. The other time - I drove off after waiting 20 minutes to even 'check in'. (All orders were APP which will be deleted because I am not coming back.) The face-full-of-metal gross looking "woman" (being charitable!!) on Aug 8, is nothing but an incompetent LIAR. When I complained that she brought orders out to people who placed their order after me, she replied "I just have to walk in and gets yours." But I watched in the mirrors while she did other things and took 5 more minutes to being me my order. The fries were so old they were cold in the bag at the restaurant. I prefer Wendy's over other fast food, but this Wendy's is not fast and the food is lower quality. read more

This place should be reported to the health dept.--not a single staff member was wearing their masks over their noses or masks (including the person who appeared to be a manager) everyone had masks resting on their chins. You can do better Wendy's. Imagine my disappointment when I opened what is usually an amazing chili and it had a burger cut up into the broth. This definitely was not your usual chili and no one notified me at the window. I'm very disappointed and understand prices have risen during Covid and product can be difficult to get, but this was very disappointing. This went right into the trash can. You can do better! read more

Wendy's - This is supposed to be chilly however it appears to be a burger patty that was cut up to imposter chili. Sad but true! - Fast Food Near Me - Battle Creek, Michigan

All the staff members were taking turns to leave to smoke weed. None of them were wearing hair nets. They kept giving us dirty looks for no reason as they were taking turns. I got a salad from there and didn't see any forks, so I asked one of the employees if they had one and they said "we don't have forks here." I had to go down to KFC just to eat my food. read more

I ordered a large strawberry frosty through the Wendy's app. I went to pick it up. They were out of all frosty flavors. I was charged for it. No way to get my money back. I ended up getting a medium mango lemonade. I'm still out .71 cents. The manager was total prick and ripped me off. I am totally DONE with Wendy's read more

Took over 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. absolutely INSANE. i could've gone to a restaurant and already got my food. i never have high expectations for fast food, but this is ridiculous. Either needs new management or needs to be completely shut down WOWWWWW read more

Servie by the night manager was horrible. He was very rude and uncorporative. I was in the drive thru, They charged me double for my order, girl was new and accidents happen. She panicked and called the manager who the refused to correct the transaction or give me a refund l. He continued to argue with me and said the best he could do was give me a $1.00 cash back. I told him to just void my card sale and if leave cancelling my order. Of course he refused handed me my food, not even the double order I was charged for and then refused to give me my drink with my order. This was the worst experience I've ever had and will never eat at the establishment again. $22.00 for a single burger meal and a frosty. What a great way to way creat return business. A big FU to this Wendy's night manager. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Literally just spent $25 on ICE COLD FOOD and a burger that must have been out all day because it was cold, hard and crunchy!!! PUKE! I won't be going back! read more

Wendy's - Baconator Fries and a burger patty - Fast Food Near Me - Battle Creek, Michigan

Had a burger there not long ago. It was horrible. I stopped there for a change of pace, but gave the dog the rest of my burger.

I have never gone to this Wendys and not had my order messed up. They also will let you sit at the drive through for 10 minutes to get their "clocks right" this is easily the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. read more

Went there & got meals, over 15 minutes at a stand still before the car in front of me even ordered. then after finally moving up, took another about 7 minutes before the girl took my order, i had a question and she was snobby about it. I just killed her w kindness and moved along, get home & my food is absolutely stale and cold just threw it all away, such a waste of money. & there was items in my fries such a bread tag, absolutely gross. not returning, such a waste of money. cheeseburger was also hard and cold looked like it had been sitting for a while. read more

Wendy's - french fries in a red cup - Fast Food Near Me - Battle Creek, Michigan

I have never had a problem at a Wendy's. Until this evening. Ordered the "limited time only" S'Awesome Bacon Burger, single...they didn't put on the bacon. Ordered a sour cream and chive potato...no sour cream. The fries my S/O ordered we're stone cold and none more than 1" long (obviously scraped from the bottom of the bin). On the plus side, the frosty was good and they made his burgers correctly. If you go through the drive through here, unwrap everything and double check before you leave... read more

I don't know why I keep going back to this poorly managed Wendy's I've complained multiple times to corporate and nothing changes.Night time Manager is extremely rude its pretty sad when you roll up to the drive thru window and no one speaks they just put their hand out for payment and then hand you the food without speaking a word. Constantly getting dried up hamburgers nothing fresh about it you know its gonna be bad when your not even in line or at the window for more then 2 minutes guaranteed to get cold nasty fries and a burger that's been cooked and slid off to the side of the grill waiting for someone to order. expensive crappy food and crappy service. Whoever is in charge of this Wendy's needs to be replaced or hire some employees that actually care about customer service. The Manager should take some pointers from Culver's which has excellent customer service followed by Taco Bell on Capital ave sw and Beckley rd Taco Bell followed by most all Mcdonalds in Battle Creek. read more

When I got the wrong number and asked for a Big Mac the manager cussed at me and said "get off my da** phone"

Coming to this Wendy's for the first time was a great experience. The food was excellent, good customer service, and overall good quality. This has to be one of the best Wendy's establishments I have ever been to. If you want good food for a reasonable price, this Wendy's has all you need and more. From the piping hot fries, juicy hamburgers, and the cold but always fresh drinks. Wendy's is the place to be and its worth your money. read more

I have tried to get a decent salad on three desperate occasions. The first wad a Straw berry Fields. It was all wilted lettuce with 1/2 of 1 strawberry cit into 4 small slices and 5 blueberries. That was it. When O complained I was ask if I wanted a couple more blur berries because they were out oh strawberries! I refused it. The next salad was a taco salad. All lettuce, a minor sprinkle of cheese sheds and a 1/3 cup of watery chili that had exactly 5 beans and a very few small crumbles of beef. The most recent was the Southwest salad, which my husband purchased 2 of thru the drive thru, so he never saw them. They should have had avocado, cheese, bacon, tomatoes and croutons. Plus a whole freshly cooked chicken breast. One was lettuce with a 1/2 of a dried out chicken breast. Nothing else, but a sm pkg of croutons and some, spicy candied nuts. The other had in addition to the other half of the breast, a very small spoon of minced tomato. Neither had avocado ,bacon nor cheese. Both came with Pomgranite dressing. Yeah, on a Southwest salad! I spoke to Jessica, the manager, she offered to replace one. The only reason this could be happening is someone is apparently trying to stretch product because it's going out the backdoor. I am tired of getting these poor excuses for Wendy food. They are ruining the companies reputation. The manager said they were made up ahead but we know they are not because we always have to pull up and wait. You'll only be disappointed if you go there. Worst Wendy's ever. read more

Worst customer service ever. Employees were making fun of my lazy eye and I could hear them. They didnt greet me when my family entered and walked up to the counter. Ordered one combo and a large fry and they couldn't even manage that. I never got my fry with the combo just the large I ordered separately. They also claimed they didn't have the blackberry lemonade. The fries were cold. I was never given a receipt. Overall a very disappointing experience. Only thing good was the sandwich. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

Thirs time we have been here and it will be our last. It took them 3 timea to get our order right and they had horrible attitudes. They should have closed this wendys instead of the one on Beckley. I wouldn't recommend it. Dave would be appalled. read more

I have came to this location a total of 5 times because out of all the fast food chains Wendy's is by far the best, in my opinion. However, this location in particular has always disappointed each time I went. First time around the food was warm, the service wasn't overly friendly or kind but the coke I had ordered was mixed badly. I went a second time thinking it was just bad timing. Same thing second time around. This made me really upset because I always look forward to a coke with my meal from Wendy's. The third time around was 3 months later and only because they closed the Beckly location at this point. Same exact issue. I went a fourth time today, despite my first 3 attempts. Truly disappointed in all aspects of my meal. When I pulled up to order the girl who came on over the speaker did not know how to annunciate her words and was unfriendly. When I pulled up to the window she grabbed my card out of my hand and didn't bother to say hello or even look at me to smile. She came back to the window with my card saying "here" and went to go pack up my food. She handed me the food and I thanked her. She barely cracked a smile before looking back into the building to talk to her colleagues. Now to the review of the food itself.. the fries were soggy, cold and hard. The asiago chicken sandwich I ordered was warm from sitting under a warning lamp but had obviously been sitting there for a while. I also decided I no longer had the courage to be disappointed by their bad coke mix so I opted for a lemonade. The lemonade tastes like mint. How does mint get into the lemonade? Seriously sad and disappointed in this location. Won't be going back. read more

I went thru the drive thru around 5 o'clock on Wednesday May 30 and ordered a full size apple pecan chicken salad. I did not have to wait and when I got home, I realized I did not have a receipt. When we opened the salad, it was obvious they had not been rotated as the majority of the lettuce was brown. Very disappointing! I called back around 10pm on Thursday near close, and a very polite young man told me to call back around 9am Friday morning and talk to the district manager. I have worked for both Wendy's and the now-defunct Hot 'N Now, along with numerous grocery stores during my 61 years and know the importance of good customer service and rotation of product. Back when I worked for Wendy's, products of this nature would already been discarded. Thank you for your attention read more

Worst Wendy's ever. I went to the drive-thru, the line was backed up. Placed my order for a Spicy Chicken Combo and a Strawberry Lemonade. As I was waiting tp get to the window, I saw the car in front of me must be having an issue with their order. there were food bags shuffled in and out of the car several times. I also saw the attendant try to give them a Strawberry Lemonade. They refused it. I got suspicious. When I got to the window, I asked if the food bag that she gave me was one of the ones that was shuffled in and out of the previous car. She gave me a non-answer saying that the other car had ordered a double and it took longer. I checked my bag and it had a chicken sandwich so I drove on. When I opened the bag I found that the fries were cold and soggy, and the Chicken Sandwich was NOT a Spicy Chicken and it was barely warm. I believe that it was shuffled in and out of the car ahead of me. And it wasn't even a correct item. I generally like Wendy's restaurants, but this one is terrible. This is not the first time they messed up an order for me. I will not be back. read more
