We ordered from this Wendy's location today as a first time customer. We found the food to be excellent. The service was very very good although we received via order we haven't had a chance to check out the ambience of the restaurant but every time we would drive by the restaurant, we would find the place looked very clean so we write this place five stars. I ordered a junior hamburger and I had eaten anything that whole day and I was hungry and I was gonna get Wendy's so I ordered a hamburger and then when I pulled up to the window and they gave me my food, there was a long line and I thought I could trust him that he would just give me a plain hamburger NO they gave me a freaking cheeseburger and I hate cheese and when I got home and opened it there was cheese on it and so they got my order wrong and I live 20 minutes from Wendy's and I was about to drive all the way back 40 minute drive there and back waste of gas so I gave the hamburger to my sister and only ate fries which is very healthy. Nothing I HATE more than lazy employees. I was 5th person in drive through. Took me 17 minutes to get my order. Every.single.employee had their mask under their nose -- might as well not be wearing it. I ordered a large vanilla frosticcino. It was the WORST I have ever had. Instead of making it correctly, the employee just poured black coffee into a cup, and added a little frozen frosty. It.was.awful. I didn't receive a receipt, so I can't make a complaint on the website. They said I couldn't use my Wendy's gift card, even though I had more than $6 left on the card. The friendliest Wendy's staff I have seen. Very thoughtful and brought my food to me seeing that I had a cane. I didn't catch her name but the older lady running the front was an absolute angel. When there was an issue with my order she corrected it efficiently and gave a genuine apology. Definitely would stop down here again. read more

Poor service, unprofessional staff. Attempted to place a drive-thru order and the window customer service agent response to me upon pulling up to place an order was "We will be right with you when we can." (Rude and unprofessional), I waited for close to 6 mins to place an order, when attempting to place an order, I was rudely interrupted by the window customer service agent who stated that it is card only! So again I tried to place an order and as soon as I ordered an item (sour cream & chive potato) was immediately told me they didn't have any potatoes! At this point I was done! Do not go here!!! there was a stabbing here for once, i asked the lady a question and in the background i heard "what the f***" in the background. so unprofessional. the window person was rude and this whole establishment is not professional at all. so rude and unfriendly. i asked for a plain cheeseburger and got everything on the cheese burger. got the new garlic fries and got literally 10 fries in case, it probably wasn't even that much, i don't ever write reviews but i am on here. go to the one near the mall. this place is not it at all. everyone was wearing hoodies and not in professional wear at all, they were on their phones and talking instead of doing their work. keep in mind i'm 17 and they all looked about my age and i get we're young but be professional. doesn't look like they were working for their money at all. i wouldn't pay them if i was a manager. they didn't deserve it. read more

Stopped in to grab a quick sandwich. Quick because unlike the other restaurants, no long line. Order was incorrect. Fries saltier than the dead sea. Kept my CC. After driving 6 miles, realized I had not gotten it back. When I pulled up to get it, the person at the window acted like it was my fault, not theirs. No apology, no nothing. When I asked for a receipt, she said when did you visit and I said less than 12 mins ago. She told me that was not true, she had been there all morning. Uhh, it was 7:15 PM dear and if you had been there since morning , then that explains your ineptness! SLOW! The drive thru is the worst I've ever seen. They literally do one car and one order at a time. When you finally put up to the screen you might as well take your time reading the whole menu because you'll have time before to before they take your order. They will come back and say sorry for the wait even though it's been about 10 minutes. Literally like that every night. If you want Wendy's just drive down the road to the mall and go to that Wendy's. Much better. read more

I'm not someone to leave bad reviews but the service was so bad I'm literally in disbelief. No exaggeration it took five minutes for them to ask us our order at the drive thru then we had to repeat our order. Get to the window and had to wait a good ten minutes for our food and then they forgot a sandwich and a side. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They got both mine and my boyfriends orders wrong after waiting over 10 minutes for both. Lots of commotion in the store. I like Wendy's. It's the best of the fast food chain IMHO. My last visit I ordered a Single with cheese with no ketchup, they read my order back to me and gave me my order promptly. I got him and much to my surprise I had a Single with cheese and nothing but ketchup. So disappointing. I mainly order the burger without ketchup to ensure it is freshly made and this one was hot but it was like eating a kiddie burger with nothing but lots of ketchup. read more
