She was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a 2-day period because I needed to move fast and quickly learn the area and the market. She was picking out things for the builder to address that I would have totally missed. She kept me on point throughout the process of getting approved through closing. She was constantly following up with Lennar on my behalf and kept the process smoothly moving forward.

And you can be sure that I'll use the Grove Team again then, too. Consistently, the entire Grove Team has been available, responsive and has provided me with sound advice. From staging my home to getting the most value from updates before the sale; from market conditions to marketing plans, and from communities to contractors, their guidance has been spot on. Ms. Diane Grove has sold 2 houses for me and her sister, Lynn McClish, helped me with my home purchase. I'm moving back home to Louisiana, and once the decision was made to move, I never even considered any other Realtor, other than Diane to handle this. What can I say about Diane that I haven't said before. She's PROFESSIONAL, EXPERIENCED COURTEOUS and most of all, KNOWLEDGABLE of the real estate market. Any company is only good as it's "support team". Ms. Juli Matyasovsky is always there to address any additional concerns you may have about the process. Diane has excellent communications skills, and is truly a "People Person". Her "can do attitude" speaks volumes about how the Grove Team conducts business. Yes, I know there's a number of real estate professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, it's only because of the trust I have in her, I would not even entertain a conversation with another Realtor, regardless. Diane's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off. She sold my first house in 3 days and this time she even outdid that by selling my house in an amazing 48 hours. Diane kept me abreast of the situation, answering all my questions, provided objective market data and tons of information about home sales in the area. Diane made this whole process incredibly easy and she took extra steps I believe many other Realtors wouldn't. I strongly recommend the Grove Team to anyone. I realize that it won't always be this easy to buy and sell a home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor than Diane Grove. Thanks again. v/r Ronald L. Before we even started touring properties, she took the time to meet with me over video and walk through MLS listings together so we could narrow down what I was actually looking for. That conversation helped clarify my priorities and made the whole process feel organized from the beginning. Since then, she has shown me several homes around the greater Dallas area and has been incredibly generous with her time. She went above and beyond was when she FaceTimed me from an open house I couldn't make it to so I could still see the property and ask questions in real time. That level of effort meant a lot. Catherine is very transparent, patient, and easy to work with. She listens carefully, gives honest feedback, and never makes you feel pressured to rush into anything. It's clear she genuinely wants to help her clients find the right home rather than just close a deal. My experience with Beverly was awesome…read more She was a referral from a friend of mine and boy were they right. After being unsuccessful selling my home with another realtor, I gave Beverly a call. She took what was a 90 day headache (previous listing contract) with the other realtor and made quick work of it all without a price reduction. I listed with Beverly, we went on the market Wednesday and had multiple showings in the first 72 hours. On Friday less than 48 hours after the listing went live we had an offer, Saturday we finalized that offer. Beverly did what the other realtor couldn't do in 3 months in less than 3 days .... again all without a price reduction. Beverly is a real estate pro and it shows. She knows the market and what it takes to buy or sell a home. All calls were returned instantly and she knows the ins and outs of anything real estate related you may throw at her. From listing to closing it was a piece of cake with Beverly. I cannot express how happy I am after being referred to her. If I'm ever in the market to buy or sell in DFW again she will be my 1 and only call.

Starting with a lease property and then on to a home purchase. We were so extremely pleased with her services that when it came to selling my parent's home we knew that Vicki would be the only one to make that transition a very easy and smooth one for them. My parents (who are both in their 80's) had to move into a retirement community due to my mother's health issues and needed to sell their home fast. It was extremely hard for them to give up their home that they dearly loved. Vicki came in and put their mind completely at ease. She was so compassionate and really listened to what their needs were. Vicki took the reins and got the ball rolling. She knew my parents were on a limited income and didn't have a huge budget to spend on fixing up the house. Vicki made some calls and had contractors there within hours (within their budget) to help clean out the house and even get it prepped for sale.
