I've been bringing my son here since he could walk he started in the Little Kickers program and now, at age nine, plays in the soccer team division. We absolutely love indoor soccer, and this facility makes it such a great experience for families. The kids always have a blast, the field is consistently clean and safe, and the entire place has such a welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Chris, deserves special recognition. He's incredibly calm, patient, and professional even when parents get heated during games, coming up to him in his office raising their voices, he never raises his voice or loses his composure. You can tell he genuinely cares about the families and players who come here. This is a family-run establishment and the only indoor soccer facility in the area, which makes it such a valuable part of our community. Beyond soccer, they also offer batting cages (which are a ton of fun!) and host birthday parties that kids love. Whether your child is a toddler just learning to kick a ball or an older kid who's ready for league play, there's a perfect spot for everyone. She's had all female coaches to date who have helped her progress with her skills and mental game while creating a supportive and suitably challenging environment which she has thrived in. The league organization and communication is impressive and they prioritized health and safety throughout the pandemic while doing all that they could to keep the kids on the field. The experiences at games have been similarly supportive and we are pleased that the make-up of her team and club reflects our diverse community. It was very difficult to reach anyone by phone (voicemail was full), and it took several emails and weeks to get a response. In the end, the only option offered was a refund minus a $50 administrative fee or a credit for a future session. While the program itself has some positives, the communication and refund process felt inflexible for families with very young children who may need more flexibility.

He gave her 2 options. Stay on the team and be benched all season or quit and we'd be refunded the $210 that we had just turned in the week before. My daughter decided to quit and get the refund. That was over a year ago. I have been messaging, calling, texting and have gotten nowhere. 3 months ago I was finally given the number of the director. The director has been telling me, for the past 3 months, that he is sending me forms in the mail to start the refund process yet nothing has arrived. My texts and calls go unanswered until I start rattling some cages then I get the, "forms are in the mail" text again. Running an organization requires integrity, maturity, consistency and most importantly treating the customer/ clients with respect. I have not seen any of that in the almost 2 years I have been dealing with this organization.
