We as a courtesy skipped a hole and hurried through 2 more. The employee member questioned us who let us go out on the course or what time we went out and kept giving us a blank stare when we had nothing to tell her. Not very professional in my opinion but I could be wrong if this is how every golf course is. Loved playing the game and learning with my group but probably won't be back to play at this course.

I have played at all of the courses in our area and beyond. I've never been turned away because of cargo shorts. And they also told my friend that he has to tuck in his shirt. I always practice good golf etiquette. This was disappointing. I personally willing to pay $100 for a round of golf should not be turned away because of having pockets on the side of their shorts. It's a local course that you can always get on - which works well with my golf buddies. I've noticed that they are trimming back some of the pine trees lately - which is needed and highly appreciated. They have a limited grounds crew so sometimes the grass needs cutting but overall it's in decent shape.
