He and his team are easy to work with, they keep us apprised of options and suggest better ways to achieve results and they find creative solutions. We have an older quirky home that is always needing something. Ryan and team have rebuilt and reroofed our large (and old) chicken coop, built a fence, a deck railing, opened up a wall so we'd have room for a larger fridge, rebuilt a wall with numerous windows, installed several doors and most recently helped us build a garden/green house using mostly repurposed materials. It was so easy to work with Ryan. We'd express our ideas and he'd figure out a way to make our dream a reality. We appreciate how we can count on Ryan to help us keep our home and place in top shape.

The invoice was presented the day before completion. I paid it that day, never thinking he would leave anything undone. 2 gates still needed latches. When speaking with the manufacturer's representative of the PVC sheeting company (Versico), he said everyone knows that you can't put PVC sheeting over asphalt as it will deteriorate within a year and that he did not like to see it happen and hated to say it but that we had gotten screwed. One roofing company we had stop by for a bid to replace the roof said they had never seen such a bad roofing job. There was much more wrong than just the PVC being on top of the tarred roof. Whenever we had concerns, we were gaslighted until we stopped explaining our concerns. We continually heard "take five roofers and you will get five different opinions" or "residential application is different than commercial application". It was one of the best decisions we ever made to hire you and L&L to build our home. You took handwritten drawings that I made and turned them into reality of our dream forever home! Your crew and yourself from start to finish where always professional,  courteous, respectful and took all of our thoughts into consideration. Not once did I feel like you did not have our best interest at heart. We felt your number one goal through the whole process was to make us happy. The end result was more than we could ask for! I've heard horror stories of having homes built. But you and your crew made it a very joyful experience that I would not hesitate to do again with your company! The detail to the finishing touches were outstanding! We are so thankful to you and your crew for making our Dream Come true! I would not hesitate to refer you to anyone for any projects. Mark was the only one who came in and really took a detailed look at what was going on before we settled on cost and the timeline to have the work done. He finished my home in 4 days! Everything in my home looks new and better than I ever expected. This was an insurance claim and the hot water heater itself was not covered under the claim. Well, not a problem because he not only bought me a hot water heater at no additional cost to me but he also arranged to have it installed (no cost to me). Obviously he was more than fair and treated me with respect. He listened when I told him what floors I wanted and took me to pick it out. The same thing with the different paints I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about him and his business. In the future I plan on having him do the work that I will need. If anyone who is reading this has any questions that I can answer just message me on FB. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Jeannette Jones
