It was one of the best decisions we ever made to hire you and L&L to build our home. You took handwritten drawings that I made and turned them into reality of our dream forever home! Your crew and yourself from start to finish where always professional,  courteous, respectful and took all of our thoughts into consideration. Not once did I feel like you did not have our best interest at heart. We felt your number one goal through the whole process was to make us happy. The end result was more than we could ask for! I've heard horror stories of having homes built. But you and your crew made it a very joyful experience that I would not hesitate to do again with your company! The detail to the finishing touches were outstanding! We are so thankful to you and your crew for making our Dream Come true! I would not hesitate to refer you to anyone for any projects. Thank you again! John + Emma Vadnais

Mark was the only one who came in and really took a detailed look at what was going on before we settled on cost and the timeline to have the work done. He finished my home in 4 days! Everything in my home looks new and better than I ever expected. This was an insurance claim and the hot water heater itself was not covered under the claim. Well, not a problem because he not only bought me a hot water heater at no additional cost to me but he also arranged to have it installed (no cost to me). Obviously he was more than fair and treated me with respect. He listened when I told him what floors I wanted and took me to pick it out. The same thing with the different paints I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about him and his business. In the future I plan on having him do the work that I will need. If anyone who is reading this has any questions that I can answer just message me on FB. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Jeannette Jones

We engaged in a major 5 1/2 week project in July. We had the guys here 5 days/week working on the outside of our house. They replaced all the facia boards on our cedar-sided home (very high prows on front and back) and repaired rotted cedar boards in places. They are accommodating, and were very respectful of us as homeowners. The job was completed on time. Montez Construction worked with New Effex Painting (they re-stained the entire house). And it now looks like a brand new home! We highly recommend this Contractor.

Within days they cancelled the agreement. He met with them only once, did not buy any materials (his admission) but refused to return the $2,000. At one point he told me he would refund $800 (didn't make any sense to me.) He was not very nice either... "go ahead and file a claim." Finally I had to file a complaint with the state board that licenses and regulates contractors. They told me he was grossly in violation of the laws and if he didn't refund the $2,000 to my parents he would face criminal charges. Sure enough, soon thereafter he refunded the full $2,000.
