Contrary to my expectations, it was a very positive experience. I was able to find parking quite easily, and the office itself was quiet and pleasant. The receptionists were helpful, courteous, and efficient. I was seen right after filling out some basic paperwork. The nurse was kind and capable, the physician's assistant, clearly knowledgeable. My wound was bandaged, and a prescription was sent electronically to my pharmacy, which I was able to pick up later that day. If I need urgent care again, this is where I will go. Really like this surgery center. Not my first surgery there…read more They are super efficient from check-in to check-out. Was in for cataract surgery. Nurses are caring & quickly take all info & vitals. They repeatedly check which eye is to be worked on. They wait for eye drops & Valium to work, then into surgical suite where they again check which eye they are to work on. Actual surgery around 10 minutes, (doctor is reassuring & explains what he's doing) then to recovery where they remove IV (in hand - only part I dislike). They have called my spouse and I'm out the door. Place is very clean & again .. very efficient.

I am extremely grateful for the nurses who helped me during my MRI, Annie and Brandon. I was very…read morenervous and claustrophobic, and the MRI tunnel felt very small. Annie stayed with me the entire time, kept talking to me, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Her calm presence truly made all the difference. Brandon was the nurse who checked me in and also helped me, and he was just as kind, reassuring, and supportive. Because of their compassion and patience, I was able to get through the MRI. They both went above and beyond, and I will never forget the care they showed me.
