The weights on the bottom near the boxing ring are mainly free weights, pulley systems, and some machines. All the equipment are pretty close to each other but I didn't mind it. When you first walk-in there are more open racks and a small field to do tire flips or walking lunges etc. the top half is mainly machines and cardio equipment. I was able to use the treadmill and watch some boxing matches which was pretty cool! The men's bathroom/locker room was pretty standard and clean. I went on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't too crowded. I was able to use any machine that I wanted to without waiting. Overall a really cool experience and well taken care of gym.

There is a wealth of knowledge at Pro Physical Therapy just not found at other PT Clinics in the Madison area. They are innovative and up to date in best practices. In addition it was suggested I should start taking a variety of pricey supplements. I was stunned and left the office saying I needed to think about it. They seemed shocked by this (how or why I don't know). I sought out another local chiropractor who has me almost pain free after 5 sessions and with insurance I've paid approx $150 for my appointments so far. I hate to say I feel conned but I left this office feeling taken advantage of and gross. Please do your homework and get a second opinion before spending money here.

He takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals, really thinks about the issue, and comes up with a realistic plan that has me feeling better asap. Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. I'm so grateful to Pro pt for keeping me healthy and doing the activities I enjoy, I recommend them to all my friends, the people at my gym, servers at restaurants, anyone who needs or might need a physical therapist!

I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails! I'd totally recommend Dr. Schupp for any back pair or injuries.
