It has all the equipment with staff to help, has good classes with a lot of interesting and friendly people, many of whom are still there a decade later. It lacks almost entirely the annoying lot loud, inconsiderate types I have seen in other places. They pricing is very competitive and I even got my non-athletic wife to work with a trainer and now she has started with it for a year and a half, which is surprising and important fitter our family as we age.

You really have everything you need -free weights, an array of weight machines and standard cardio equipment (treadmill, stair climber, bike etc) with one TV. Locker rooms aren't too exciting and some of the weight equipment is dated but it's an easy walk for us, the management staff are personable and so far everyone who comes in is pleasant/nice to chat with. Not a bad choice for a small 1-1.5 hour workout. Take a walk around and see for yourself, before 6pm!

The gym doors are typically locked and you need a fob to access it. The weekly fee was $20 plus $15 deposit for the fob. They have bikes and treadmills. Weight machines and free weights. Two squat racks with wooden platforms. Kettle bells bosu balls. Really something for everyone. They ask that you wipe down your equipment if you sweat on it and wear gym shoes and not outside shoes. The gym is open 24/7. They have a bathroom and shower if you need it. My wife ended up coming with me and they have a lockbox to throw some money into when that happens. Like I said, very nice little gym for Spring Green. Will use it whenever I'm up here.

He was the second doctor working in a building with a physical therapy clinic that steered me there. They are extremely thorough, knowledgable, and take all the time necessary to make sure they understand your issues. And the follow up to fine tune the treatment is also exceptional. I currently go to their office in Cross Plains, and it deserves as much praise as the home office.
