The tech who did my vitals was super nice. The x-ray tech deserves a raise. She was so friendly, explained what she needed me to do, and what she was doing. The PA really listened to me, and what medications had taken care of the issue the last time it happened. In addition, every single person said, "I hope you feel better soon." On top of all of that, the wait time was minimal, and the facility was bright and clean. Bonus: the X-ray tech keeps her room a little warmer. And the chairs in the waiting room are actually comfortable. Thank you for giving a sick woman a comfortable and comforting experience.

So they did eventually take ownership of the problems and the manager followed through to make it right. RUN AWAY if no insurance! They told me $75 and up, depending on procedures or tests ordered. The nurse was with me less than five minutes, asking just height and drug allergy information. They open early and I went right in; Carmen at the check in desk was friendly and quick to register me. As it was first thing in the morning, it was a minimal wait to see a doctor. Dr Beth listened to my issue (a foot injury which has since healed), gave her opinion through an exam and gave me an x-ray referral. Her medical opinion ended up being correct and it thankfully wasn't an issue too long. All told I was here less than 30 min and mentally felt a lot better. It was simply a standard copay for an office visit and no other billing issues. If you're visiting Hershey and something happens to you or a family member, this is a great alternative to the ER.

They said that they wanted to stay in the exam room to make sure he did not have an allergic reaction. PA left and closed the door and no one checked on him for 45 minutes. If he did have an allergic reaction, no one would have known. He finally walked out into the hall and they were surprised to see him. If he had anaphylaxis, he could have died.

During a recent ER visit that turned into staying overnight for observation, I had the nicest and most caring nurses. I definitely recommend!
