Never go to Welspan urgent care again! At least on Queen Street. They absolutely refused to wear a mask. Pathetic!

This is a review for Wellspan Health's newly launched, Online Urgent Care. What a disappointment this service has been. After my online consult on 12/8 at 2pm, I asked for an alternative prescription (at 3:36pm). Was told the dr. or a nurse would call right back. It's now 12/9, 12:56pm (almost a day later). Made two more phone calls, put on hold, hung-up on. Filed a complaint online. Still no response. There's nothing urgent about this urgent care. read more

So much for not being responsible for out of pocket costs if it involves Covid 19. Doctors will never give you your doctors note, then lie about your appointment so you still have to pay. Don't let them steal your money. read more

I was so relieved to find Apple Hill Internal Medicine. The doctors have been very knowledgeable and helpful. They actually listened to what I had to say. I have only come across one resident physician there that tried to impose her personal views on me. When I told her that I was vegan, she told me that it was my choice to die; and, of course, she blamed any ailment that I had on veganism. I simply chose not to see her again and didn't let her ignorance bother me. The other residents and doctors that I have encountered there have been "top-notch".

I wanted to post this review after seeing their rating on yelp. First of all, let me tell you that…read moreI've loved my Dr, Dr. Anderson, since the day I started with her. She is thorough and patient...never hurries you through your Appt and is amazing on the portal. She has helped me with every single issue I've brought her way. The same goes for Dr. Telford-Wren. She is both my kids' pediatrician and has been immensely helpful. Now for the incredible office staff. Let me tell you...these ladies are so sweet, so funny and so helpful. The amount of times I've laughed with them after an appointment is worth a couple stars by itself. They always help me out when I call and have really put in overtime on some of my family's referrals and appointments. I think it's unfair that they have one single review, and that it's so terrible. I wanted to take a moment and say something nice about this, even though the more people that go, the less chance I have to get the quick appointments :)

The head doctor, DR. wren will not treat or allow his doctor's to treat any pain problem's, and they will not give you any advice on the matter. All in all doctor wren is a very bad doctor in my eye's and my faimly's, cause they also treated with him to and had very bad out come's. he has a god complex and his treatment's are out dated and could be deadly if you would treat with him. I suggest you find another medical group and not use these doctor's because of him. It is a shame because there are good doctor's there but he will step on their feet and over rule their treatment plan's whenever he feel's like it.
