This is the worst physician's office I have ever been to or have had to deal with. They don't follow medical protocol and you sit in a room. For over an hour to see a physician. Everyone else has poor bedside manner, and the nursing staff is so lazy. read more

My granddaughter and I have had a very difficult time finding competent doctors in the York, PA area. It has been trial and error since 2010. I was so relieved to find Apple Hill Internal Medicine. The doctors have been very knowledgeable and helpful. They actually listened to what I had to say. I have only come across one resident physician there that tried to impose her personal views on me. When I told her that I was vegan, she told me that it was my choice to die; and, of course, she blamed any ailment that I had on veganism. I would not recommend this practice as I have been trying to get a new patient appt with them since December now. They scheduled me twice only to cancel both appointments the very same day. Was squeezed into an appt to see this Dr today abd after leaving work early and rushing to get i called that i was a 6 min behind. I got there only to be told I needed to reschedule due to their ten minute late policy. Very poor customer service. read more

I would not recommend going to this practice, I was going them as a great patient for a year and they decided for a sloppy reason to dismiss me, they are not professional, I would definitely not recommend them to anyone else, because they might do the same thing to you, if they care that little about their patients, that's not a good practice to go to read more
