Pud met us at the stables. We signed our wavers and we agreed on our meeting time of 6:30 the next day. We arrived and our ride couldn't have gone any better. Absolutely breathtaking beautiful views. Pud was a pleasant and polite host. I can't wait to return to ride again with him. Thank you!

Pud called and said something came up and could we reschedule for 8:30 am the next morning. We show up at 8:15 am and he is a no show. Tried calling from my friends # who made the reservation but no answer. I told her to let me try from my #. He answered on the second ring. I told him we want our money back and I put a chain and lock on his gate and would remove it when he refunds our money. He came WITH our refund and I removed the lock. You'll receive an email with what time you should arrive etc. upon arrival we were greeted by Kim in the front desk. She made us feel welcome and answered all our questions along with small talk. Customer service on par. We were able to visit the petting zoo with our horse back ride purchase. We fed the goats and the longhorn. Be careful with the horns while taking pics. The horse ride was fun, easy and memorable. We had Quique as our trail guide and Alejandra as the helper and she took tons of pictures for us and the others in the group. Even gave us suggestions on poses etc. very friendly and caring of our experience. The only downside was the bathrooms. It's like an outhouse with flushing toilets but the sun makes them an oven. So, I suggest you take care of your bodily functions prior to your arrival and all is well. Can't wait to visit them again!!
