Customer service on par. We were able to visit the petting zoo with our horse back ride purchase. We fed the goats and the longhorn. Be careful with the horns while taking pics. The horse ride was fun, easy and memorable. We had Quique as our trail guide and Alejandra as the helper and she took tons of pictures for us and the others in the group. Even gave us suggestions on poses etc. very friendly and caring of our experience. The only downside was the bathrooms. It's like an outhouse with flushing toilets but the sun makes them an oven. So, I suggest you take care of your bodily functions prior to your arrival and all is well. Can't wait to visit them again!!

My fiance said I was talking in my sleep about the stables (feeding horses sandwiches?) so I knew I had to write a review. Never having been on a horse before, I was really nervous. However, Tita is a wonderful instructor who really takes pains to make sure both horse and rider are safe and comfortable. We were instructed on how to brush the horses' coats, clean their hooves, and put on their bridle and saddle. Plus, I learned to get on, off, steer and post on a horse. I rode Betty who was such a sweet horse. Overall, my experience was just fantastic and my brother loved his lessons and really wants to go back. He couldn't stop talking about them and he loved the horse he rode (Simon.) The cost is very affordable, especially considering the level of instruction you receive.

Pud met us at the stables. We signed our wavers and we agreed on our meeting time of 6:30 the next day. We arrived and our ride couldn't have gone any better. Absolutely breathtaking beautiful views. Pud called and said something came up and could we reschedule for 8:30 am the next morning. We show up at 8:15 am and he is a no show. Tried calling from my friends # who made the reservation but no answer. I told her to let me try from my #. He answered on the second ring. I told him we want our money back and I put a chain and lock on his gate and would remove it when he refunds our money. He came WITH our refund and I removed the lock. It's pretty cheap and you get an hour and a half out on the bay searching for dolphins and taking in the views. Parking is pretty accessible and you ride on Murphy's Law out to the bay. The boat is a bit older but clean and cared for. The captain narrates portions of the cruise to stay interactive but the workers make all the difference. They are extremely friendly and do a great job during the portion where they show off the wildlife they caught earlier that day. One of the biggest pros for us is that they were dog friendly, we couldn't believe it (our dog couldn't either but had a great time). We saw a few pods of dolphins, some in twos, others in fours. They don't stay above the water for long so we recommend being very ready to snap photos as soon as they break the surface. The workers will also go around asking if you would like them to take your photo which is a nice plus as well. Altogether, the experience was very fun. The only slight downside is that the heat really can get to you but prepare accordingly and you should be all set. You can also byob so that's pretty important to note. Definitely a tour we'd recommend checking out if you're in SPI.
