She called the number and they told her she had to go back to the bank and tell them to help her so she did and again they turned her away and gave her the same number to call. She refused to leave and finally they had her call from the bank phone but they left her and she was confused and no workers wanted to assist her. Long story short she went to a different branch and they helped her finally. I'm so angry at this Compton branch tho like how can they treat elderly people like that? She was very Professional and Courteous! She went above and beyond getting everything squared away and now I have my own account here and can cash my checks the proper way!
