For instance, if you go to Captain's Cove, Virginia online listings that area often lists the private and public attraction areas nearby like gym, swimming pools, marinas, etc. In Upstate, NY, like Oneonta, NY, realtors often do not list the nearby public swimming areas, YMCA, 2 colleges/universities, several parks, etc. They do not do any marketing, and sometimes lower property values by doing that. The small village I live in has several attractions, so I would find Benson Agency that has an office about 20 minutes from where I am substandard.

While waiting for seller's agents for a showing or everyone to gather for a contract signing, I had the opportunity to chat with Cricket and exchange stories. Thanks to our talks, I noticed that Cricket loves her work and her town and that she is legitimately grateful for her clients.
