Tyler came and leveled the sidewalk and straightened and leveled a step that was pretty bad. Tyler was courteous and professional. Very happy with the result and now I don't have to worry about that tripping hazard. The only other option would be replacement and I didn't want to spend the money or time for that.

Faced with a several thousand dollar cost to replace our concrete driveway apron, we researched…read moreconcrete leveling as a lower-cost alternative. The first company that we contacted never showed up to look at the project. David from 3 Rivers not only visited the site soon after contact - 30 miles from his location and on a day which experienced such heavy rain that there was local flooding - but he emailed us a complete (reasonably priced) contract with photos the day after his visit. David showed up at the exact time and date designated for the work (unlike other experiences we've had with contractors), and over a few hours lifted 3 slabs totaling 20' wide to perfectly bridge the sloping road in front of our house with our level driveway (and cheerfully, btw). One of the slabs had to be lifted over 6" on one corner but only 2" on the opposite corner, while another slab only needed a 2" lift on one side and less than an inch on the other side. The end result is that the 3 slabs are now level with each other and have improved our curb appeal. David cleaned up thoroughly, and even emailed us a thank-you receipt from our driveway. Very happy with all elements of the experience. We highly recommend 3 Rivers Concrete Lifting.

I was also honored to see pictures of other work they have done, including a beautiful deck. Honest and multi~faceted.

Showed up on time, always left a clean jobsite, communicated any scope change, polite and easy going. This combination is very rare; it shows why Miller is so successful and has multiple jobs always lined up. I was worried about them rushing my job due weeks of rain delay, but I had nothing to worry about. Only improvement could be more communication, but they know the jobs and if you ask about what to expect, you'll get a solid response; owner is a man of fewer words. Hard working and focused on the customer, not making an extra buck. Good prices. Also, took care of numerous small items and was flexible with scope changes on the fly.

The short of this review is that Tom and his crew are the best contractors we have ever worked…read morewith. Consummate professionals to the highest degree, I don't think we could have asked for a better outcome to what started off auspiciously. We had originally hired another contractor to complete several jobs at our house including demolishing our old railroad tie retaining wall and rebuilding it with Versa-Lok, a concrete porch extension, general landscaping including grading, and building Versa-Lok raised beds around our house. Said contractor started the job, and left the house in shambles for 3 months, not responding to any of our phone calls and effectively taking our money and running, while demanding we give him more money to break contract. Given it was nearing October and we were concerned about water leakage into our basement with the partly-completed work that had been done, we stated looking for other contractors to complete the job. Tom came out 2 days after we called for an estimate, and he had the estimate back to us 3 days later. Price-wise, Tom was actually the lowest price to complete everything, and it was complete work - other contractors couldn't do everything we needed done. When we hired him, he gave us a start date and deadlines that he was spot on with and was communicative during the whole process. Several days into the job, while working on some of the grading, he noted foundational issues and worked with us to get them fixed by adding a french drain system and retarring our foundation. Tom and his crew were able to get all of the original work done (including removal of the detritus the first contractor left behind, and fix his mistakes) plus the foundational work in a little less than 3 weeks. Everything was awesome - I don't think there is enough I could say about how good of a job Tom and his crew did. The precision, quality, cost, speed, and responsiveness is unbeatable. If you need someone to do concrete work, landscaping, or plumbing, you need to call Tom. He'll give you an honest, fair assessment, and if you hire him, you will not be disappointed.
