I had the acupuncture and massaging which did do some help for a few days but did run out and back to the same problems, so I will say it can help for a time but is not permanent to cure my knee

I was given a variety of treatment including massage, cupping and acupuncture but mainly focussed on my back which Dr Ling identified as the problem area. The following day I woke in agonising pain as my back had gone into spasm. It is now 3 days later and I am taking strong painkillers and am unable to work. I went to see Dr Ling who confusingly told me that a) this was normal b) it had nothing to do with her treatment c) was entirely coincidental d) was a result of me taking a bath (which is entirely different to treating the area with heat as she had recommended). The only advice she could give was to take further treatment from her at full charge. My initial treatment had cost me £72 including some strong smelling massage oil. I think I should have been offered a complimentary follow up treatment (which I would have declined) or a partial refund. According to Dr Ling I am the only patient who has ever had any complaint with her practice.
