When I found out that Claire also is a massage therapist I booked a session with her. That session was the first of many. Claire is very intuitive and after a massage with Claire I feel as though I've had a weeks holiday somewhere lovely and warm. Recently I found out that Claire has also now trained in reflexology. I booked a session of reflexology with Claire and it was an exceptional experience. It was as good as a body massage and really relaxed me which lasted for many, many days after. The charge was £395. I was sold after a long story about his life experiences. After the session Adam gave me a list of things that I need to do after for it to work. He did not tell me this beforehand, it sounded like I had to do all the work myself and I thought what's the point then?? I left the clinic feeling exactly the same. The next day I phoned Eva, his secretary and told her nothing has changed, she said I need to wait 21 days for everything to be "installed" in my brain, what a joke, again I was not told any of this before I paid. I waited 21 days and carried out most of the activities I was advised to do in an email from Adam, a list of 10 things to do!! Stupid things like singing in the street or dancing, like anyone does that! My anxiety was through the roof! I went to visit Adam again for a second session and after more pointless chat and assurance that everything will be fine I left. months gone by and still no change, I went for a third visit and had more hypnotherapy but still no improvement. Adam said it's because I didn't do everything on his special list and I asked him what's the point in his service if I have to do all the work?? I was assured that it would only take one session! He didn't offer my money back he just said he would keep supporting me until I'm cured even though I had been working with him for 6 months by now! What a joke! Waste of my money and time, I was left with even anxiety with the fact that I lost nearly £400 for nothing!!! This clinic should get closed down - do not waste your money on this fraud!!

My expectations weren't that high, given the cost of the special offer, but it certainly exceeded it by far! So much so, that I'd love to tell others about it. It was easy to make an appointment and I was able to get one with a couple of days notice and around my preferred time slot. There are some parking spaces available on the forecourt (literally right in front of the practice, off street). Else metered parking in the area is really expensive. The practice is fairly easy to find. Nothing posh but nice with lots of products on display in the large waiting area. It's quiet though and I didn't see anyone else come or go throughout my time there. But guessing that if she works on her own, can only see one person at a time anyway. I was greeted by Nagina, the podiatrist and completed a registration card while she took my Groupon voucher details. I then went into the treatment room where we discussed my concerns and she examined my feet visually. Then discussed treatment options while my feet were soaked in a warm foot bath. She then physically inspected my feet, removed some dead skin and performed the treatment. And afterwards, she moisturised my feet briefly. People should remember that this is not a pedicure though! I have no connections with this practice or anyone at this practice this is simply my honest review. Overall I thought the service was very professional and delivered in a friendly manner. A treatment plan was discussed. I was under no pressure to re-book or buy any products. Other than a medicinal treatment I needed for my one foot for ongoing home treatment (at a very small additional cost). I will most certainly return in a couple of months for a follow up treatment.

They were recommended by my doctor, as an NHS physio would have taken weeks to get an appointment. After the first visit I was instantly much better, and Paul gave me some exercises to do to stretch the right muscles. One more visit a few days later and I was 90% better, and after another week of the exercises I was 100%. Since then I've been back a couple of times, though knowing the exercises to do when things start to twinge means I've never been as bad as the first time. It also only takes one visit to get me fixed. I've also sent my wife and my elderly mum for physio there, and they have had a similarly excellent experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

It was great to find someplace where I could make an appointment without having to pick up the phone. It was exactly what I needed - not a nice relaxing massage, she really got in there and worked on my back. I was up and walking around pretty much back to normal the next day. That's never happened before, usually I end up being pretty useless for a few days when my back goes but she really fixed me up. Since then I've been back for an osteopathy consultation and several sessions to work on fixing my back for the long term and she's been fantastic. I always feel great after an appointment!
