We approached the staff to request a replacement, but the employees--who appeared unsure and untrained--refused to offer any assistance. They claimed they were not authorized to issue refunds, even if they wanted to, and stated that if someone didn't like a drink, they should just "know better next time." Excuse me? This is not acceptable customer service. They also claimed company policy prohibits them from remaking drinks or providing refunds, stating it would be a "poor business decision" to do so. The lack of empathy, knowledge, and customer service in handling a straightforward issue was appalling. I paid for an entire drink that was undrinkable, and when we asked for a solution, we were met with indifference. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment. They kept the drink they made which was full to the rim, every time my daughter took a sip she gagged, it smelled like vomit. They said they made it to recipe so it's not their fault. Paid $10 for that for them to trash.
