I have had the opportunity to take some couching sessions with Jasmine Balom!!!!!!!…read more This woman here is simply AMAZING! Jasmine is very down to earth and honest. I felt safe confiding in Jasmine about some everyday struggles I wasn't expecting to connect with her or go as deep into myself like I did. Sometimes I felt myself talking to her like she was one of my best friends lol. We laughed and we cried together. She dug deep into emotions and the art of just allowing yourself to feel. we have done several Angel session's together and I was able to speak and hear what my Angels had I say. I made the decision to focus completely on myself and healing and once I made up my mind the Universe connected me to Jasmine. She walked me through step by step on how to connect with each layer of yourself and truly find who you are and who your meant to be . Jasmine I look forward to working with you again!

Being an Empath myself, I felt his energy was strong and grounded. Which is exactly what I needed and could open up completely. His over the phone reading of me was spot on in my current situation. Ha! Things he could never have known, were brought up. I definitely consider him a friend and will continue to do so. I am referring him to a very close girlfriend of mine as we speak. My Gratitude for today's conversation and outcome is immeasurable. He is truly gifted and it's a Blessing to know there are people like him in this world. 10 Stars

Thanks to Me Me, I'm now convinced that the definition of progress is letting her push me until I'm pretty sure I can't do another rep...and then somehow she still gets me to doing five more! I have tried a few trainers and must say I love it here! The gym is always clean and I love 1/1 sessions. She's like the perfect blend of drill sergeant and supportive bestie. She motivates me with the perfect mix of encouragement and 'I know you can do better than that' stare. She don't trip when you need to take a break and the workout music motivates you to keep going. I've never actually had a trainer that devotes (no cell phone and I have her complete attention) my time strictly to me and my goals. The meal plans she sends are actually delicious and consistent of things I eat. I have to send in pics of my food which keep me accountable and make me less likely to get something over my calorie count. I can't lie the workouts are killer--in the best way possible. This week she gave me homework exercises so I can keep making progress even when I'm not at the gym. If you're looking for a trainer who will not only help you reach your fitness goals but also make you laugh (and maybe cry a little from the burn), look no further. I would 10/10 would recommend

Dina has truly found her gift. I worked with Dina previous to her opening Healing Above and Beyond…read more She has always been a generous person in all means of life. I participated in one of her Reiki sessions and felt so much weight lifted off my chest and felt healed of parts of myself that I refused to admit needed healing. I've seen her work reflected on myself but more importantly, I've seen her work reflected on others. I brought a friend of mine to Dina who would have never opened herself up and gone on her own. After her Reiki treatment and Dina's kind words my friend was lifted out of her depression and found her true light. It was a truly amazing moment to see from the outside how her spiritual healing helped someone come out of a nearly yearlong slump. I highly recommend this spiritual healing process and with no one more qualified than Miss Dina A.

I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder and always worry about my health so I was just hoping for a small window of relaxation. I was Very pleasantly surprised. The session itself was like getting a soothing message on steroids. The big benefit was the after effects. I was so calm and peaceful that I wanted that feeling to never end. Driving home I was cut off dangerously close in traffic ( I normally would have taken major offense) but instead I reflexively avoided the accident and kept singing along with the radio. This is something I would definitely recommend to everyone. It was wonderful and I will definitely be making this a part of my life.
