The next week he sent me some documents to get notorized and returned to him by email. I returned the documents on July 6th. I contacted him by email to confirm he received the paperwork and that everything was correct. I never received a response. A few days later I called and left a voicemail but never received a call back. I continued to call and email every few days, I never got a response. I stopped by the office twice and no one was there. I called the bar association to find out what I should do next. After 4 weeks of no contact or hearing anything about my case from Charles Dunn I disputed my $3500 credit card transaction and hired another attorney. The next day Mr Dunn called me and apologized and said he was on vacation and my case slipped through the cracks.
