This review is not about the massage therapists but about a biz culture that is rules only and no responsiveness to its members or clients. I called to cancel an appt because I woke feeling a bit off but by the time I realized that I should Not go in and possible expose the massage therapist to whatever illness was happening for me, I was outside the 5 hr window for cancelation. So they charged me, not because I forgot or blew off the appt, but because I had to make the best decision for myself and the massage therapist. I am no longer participating in businesses that have little to no consideration for the humans who make their business successful. I canceled my membership. read more

THE SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEM IS A SCAM. I thought getting a subscription for my wife would be a nice ongoing gift to encourage her to take care of herself and enjoy a massage regularly. It hasn't worked out that way at all. They are CONSTANTLY canceling, always at the last minute. 3 last minute cancellations in the last 4 months is the deal breaker. Not only do they cancel but they don't hold spots to rebook, and more often than not it's an after-hours phone call or text/email combo where you don't even get the opportunity to rebook. I've spoken to the manager repeatedly to try and figure something out, but the terms of the subscription service are such that unless you stay active, you lose the banked massage hours from your pre-pay. So the long and short of it is that they keep you on the hook with an active subscription to be able to use your pre-payed access, but then cancel at the last minute and often don't have any openings until weeks after your original booking. Bing-bang-boom, you're paying for next month to keep LAST MONTH'S hours active to book. Like I said, a scam. By the way, the manager will suggest that you just book a 90 minute to eat through some of the back-hours since it's 60 min/month prepay...good luck EVER finding a 90 minute slot available in the schedule. As well, have been approached a number of times about leaving positive reviews and it seems to me that a number of their positive reviews across Yelp and other platforms have been induced in some way or another. read more

The mobile website is unusable. The 6 month auto pay membership is predatory. As they always are. The daytime schedule is perpetually full. The extended evening hours don't help those of us who work in Bozeman, live out of town and don't want to kill time in town waiting for an evening appointment. Anxiety inducing membership...when the objective was stress relief. Wellness Worx agreed in Jan. to cancel the membership I signed up for in Dec. but I would have to forfeit the Jan. dues. I agreed. After moving long distance last year and waiting another year to just find a massage and get one, I booked a 90 minute massage and was not disappointed! Her pressure was spot on, she found knots I didn't know existed. I will definitely be back soon so my back doesn't get that tight again. She was kind, professional, sweet, what more can I say? I have been a member here for a few years now. This review has nothing to do with the employees that are doing their jobs. The actual Massage work varies with each contracted employee. Some are great and some are starting out right out of school. My issues is with this. I have been a member for a few years on a monthly plan. I have to cancel my first account ever and they are charging me for it. There need to be some regard for customer loyalty. Cancelled my whole account. They have a wide variety of therapists so you can find what you need - a lot of different styles. My husband and I scheduled two 90-minute massages online, with two different masseuses, to happen concurrently. However, they only scheduled one and didn't let us know until we arrived and were disappointingly told there was nothing to be done and only one massage could now be accommodated. Because there are so many massage therapists, there is quite a bit of variation in the massages. My only real complaint is that I was given a gift membership, which is not quite what we thought it was. There was no monthly free massage, but it did get you discounted massages. Overall, it's OK, but not quite what I'm looking for. read more

I really enjoy Brandy, she is quite pleasant, not talkative but chatty if you want, a cute giggle when appropriate. She is very well trained and has wonderful technique. It's affordable! I can always get last minute appointments and love to schedule my massages online. Since I've enrolled in the massage membership I've had little to no back pain. This stuff really works! My suggestion is to try a few different massage therapists and when you find the one that works the best for you stay with them and you will never go wrong. If you want to make sure your apt doesn't get randomly cancelled on you, I would suggest not booking online. I was looking forward to my apt all week long, only to arrive and find out that my slot was taken by another customer. I was told by the receptionist that happens sometimes if you book online. I didn't receive a cancellation notice or phone call, but I was in the system so my appointment was obviously there at some point. This was my first time going to this place and after this experience I will likely not be going back. read more

I have been with Wellness Worx for over a year now. I joined their Wellness massage membership. The massages are fantastic (especially with Rachael) who I have had the pleasure of requesting and getting for the past 4 massages. She really knows how to find the kinks and gets them out. She also gives me exercises to help in between visits. Wellness Worx was even willing to work with my snow bird schedule, letting me suspend my massages without charge while I'm away for the winters. read more

Wow what a great experience that I had...from the scheduling and entering the building. The staff was very friendly, I did not have to wait for my massage or my facial and the experience was very exceptional and professional. They kept me informed during the facial and the massage. I was very grateful to have been able to book a last minute massage here. I did enjoy my massage, however I must be spoiled because I found the overall experience a bit underwhelming. I walked in and no one looked at me in the eye nor greeted me, they just kept tap tapping on their computers. One of the staff was nice and helpful after that. I decided to add on a sugar scrub, but I felt like they didn't explain to me well that it would cost more as I am not a member. Their website didn't seem to make this clear when I booked the massage. It's only an extra $3, i just don't like to be surprised with costs after a relaxing massage. I also figured that adding on a service for $15 would mean I am taken care of for a longer amount of time. Not the case. In fact, I wasn't even in the room for an hour, when I paid for an hour massage and then some. If booking convenience is your aim, then book here. Otherwise I will probably pay more for a more catered, relaxed experience in the future. read more
